I stayed at Hotel BKC Inn for a few days and booked a Classic Room. While some of the staff were friendly and helpful, the overall experience was disappointing. The room service was not done properly, lacking basic attention and promptness. Most troubling was the washroom, which was filled with small creatures, making it very unhygienic and uncomfortable. The hotel needs to improve its cleanliness and service standards to provide a better experience for future guests.

The place was not at all maintained well. The paint on the walls was peeling off and there were bugs in the bathroom. The staff were extremely unfriendly and rude. I was staying with a friend and we both had different travel plans so we asked for two separate key cards which is a perfectly normal ask. They refused to give us an extra key card and when i arrived at 3am, my already sleeping friend inside was woken up by the staff banging on the door and continuously ringing the bell. Highly unprofessional and disgusting place.
