I had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient and easy to reach. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The food quality was good, and the staff were polite and helpful during my stay. Overall, a great experience and good value for money!

Unprofessional behaviour of the manager who was seating in the reception. No 1) Not fill any customer data in the hotel register in time of check in, complete this in time of check out today, this is an extremely safety concern for the guest 2) No cartain was there in the room number 301 3) No light was there in the bathroom in the room number 301, after several requests they don't care this. Today morning before check out they repair this. 4) Basic room services were not there like towels, drinking water, handwash, shampoo etc. 5) Water flow in the shower was not sufficient and commod was not properly cleaner. 6) Unproductive mindset of most of the staffs, they have don't care attitude towards customers. 7) Blanket was very uncleaned, that's why I was asking for the bed-sheet but they ignored my request. My personal advice is that in the service sector staffs role are very important to retain the customer again, but in our personal experience, we will never stay in future in your property because of all above reasons.

The room was not properly ventilated. on the first day tv was not working. Food prices were higher than the expectations.

property location is excellent a few meter from viswabharati. food quality is good, chicken pokoda not properly fried. Amenities good, toilet tower bolt broken. service good.

Not able to stay for 3 hours.immediate chcked out jst after check in....the rooms and bathrooms has not been cleaned from a long period of time.the pillow cover and bed sheet was full of dust and uncleaned.

Location of the property is excellent. We had booked suit which was pretty good.. only they need to upgrade their washrooms which were not so good. Food price was reasonable and taste was average. The hospitality of the staff was very good. Overall a good experience. We would book again if we have to visit the place.

Not very clean toilets, no lift facility, very less force of water

the service are horrible, no grizar or hot water facility.. the pillows are torn cotton are coming out. room is ok.. but serice and facilities are not good at all.

Location was really good. The rooms were good big and clean. But there were many elements missing like a mirror. There were no liquid soaps in the bathroom containers. Amenities were not as per standard. And thr behaviour of the staff isn’t good enough abd needs improvement

We booked the Suite room ...Overall the ambience was nice , staff behaviour was good and polite , room size was perfect ... but I think they could fix few things like providing essential toiletries like soaps , shampoo and handwash ... but they did gave us soaps and shampoo when we asked but they should have been kept there beforehand only other than that they can provide some nicer pillows and bedsheets they felt way too used and old. And one more thing which they should work on is providing a whole king size bed instead of combining two double beds because of that the partition which was been created by the two separate mattress felt very uncomfortable while sleeping.They can add one more tubelight in the room and make some charging points near the bedside tables. It was good but as it is known as the "Suite room" I think this few things must be changed.

Food is very Bad quality, Bathroom was dirty and also bad smelling, one window certain missing, TV was not working, Service was totally pathetic. And specially one metal screw was found in egg curry while doing lunch and all hotel staff was accepted that was their negligence of work as they served us

The location was nice.What I really liked was the cleanliness.The room was nice and cozy.Staff was co-operative.Foodcould have been better, also it would have been better if they had cold drinks and snacks available.Though that was ok.However the ambience was very pleasant.

I get property location here only. As per photo proparty was good looking but food wasn't available there , even snacks were too bad quality. AC wasn't working properly. tea kettle given at room only was too bad condition. Bedsheet was too unhigenic . lift wasn't available there

prime location, though a restaurant in the hotel but Cook is not available, they serve outside food. The room is not up to the mark. Service is very poor. The bedsheet was dirty.

As a hotel revenue manager, I am very particular when choosing a hotel whenever I travel. I booked this property mainly for its restaurant, the beautifully decorated ambience, and its convenient location within walking distance of tourist attractions. However, the disappointment began soon after check-in. We were informed that the restaurant would be closed for the day as the chef was unavailable. When we went to our room, we found that the blanket had stains and did not appear to be properly cleaned. The bathroom shower was not working, and when we tried to make coffee, we discovered that the electric kettle was also not functioning. The property also listed certain in-room amenities that were not actually provided. The description mentioned a “private balcony,” but in reality, it was shared with another room. Additionally, there was a window in the balcony area with no lock, and it could be opened from the outside. Inside the room, this same window was positioned very close to the bed, raising safety concerns—we did not even feel comfortable leaving our phones near it. These are the issues we faced during our stay. I truly hope the management addresses them promptly so that future guests can enjoy a safe, comfortable, and pleasant experience.
