very poor and worst service after order placement. I have placed an order at night and they have provided this menu after 45min later after several reminders even water bottle with tea kits.

Rooms should have been a bit more large in comparison to the price offered both online and offline. Credit Card payment facility must be introduced. Overall it was a good experience with AAYES.

Hotel rooms are dirty and very small compared to what you pay for also please don’t eat the hotel restaurant food it is pathetic and not tasty at all. Total waste of money ! Eat in some other restaurant than the hotel one if you want good food!

Hotel location is good but road is under construction. Room is very small and a bad smell always stay inside room. Food qualities bellow average but price very costly. No water there as complementary. In complementary breakfast no variety. In lobby sofa is broken. Maintanence required. Manager and staff behaviour is good.

I booked through makemytrip more than month before the travel and booked best one double delux with double the charges, hotel price 3k, but charged 6k by makemytrip. The room offered initially does not have even a window, when we complained about it, they offered ground floor one and that is also not good one, even though there are many rooms available in the hotel, very poor customer service. Makemytrip does have control to charge 2x price but does not bother to provide good service to the customer, very poor.
