very poor and worst service after order placement. I have placed an order at night and they have provided this menu after 45min later after several reminders even water bottle with tea kits.

Rooms should have been a bit more large in comparison to the price offered both online and offline. Credit Card payment facility must be introduced. Overall it was a good experience with AAYES.

Hotel rooms are dirty and very small compared to what you pay for also please don’t eat the hotel restaurant food it is pathetic and not tasty at all. Total waste of money ! Eat in some other restaurant than the hotel one if you want good food!

No water there as complementary. In complementary breakfast no variety. In lobby sofa is broken. Maintanence required. Manager and staff behaviour is good.
