Ram Shyam Village Resort

It was a decent stay overall, with a pleasant ambience and courteous, helpful staff. However, there are a few areas where service improvement is needed. The room was handed over without a proper facilities check — the dental kit and towels were missing, and there was some loose dirt near the toilet gate along with an unclean basin top. I had to call housekeeping to get the basic amenities like towels and dental kits. Additionally, the door lock was not functioning properly, and no information was provided about the location of the buffet breakfast — I had to inquire about everything. While the staff were prompt and very supportive, addressing these small yet important issues would definitely enhance the overall guest experience.

This property located just on sonajhuri haat.... room was specious with all modern amenities .... toilet was also decent sized....room and toilet both were clean enough....food was very good....both taste and quality.... they have huge area inside lush green and well maintained....I have only one issue with this property is swimming pool.... pool water is not maintained properly.... filtration is not adequate....for this reason water looks uncleaned....staff behaviour was good.... overall there is ample provision to upgrade this property to a 3 star category

We stayed in a tenthouse. The environment around was amazing, a good effort to help someone stay away from the madding crowd in the lap of Nature. Greeneries and ponds around the tent, flower beds, ducks, all good on that front. Now coming to the room, its conditions were also very good and comfortable, except that the kettle was missing which when informed was provided immediately. I find the food prices a bit on the pricier side, as in a veg thali costing +GST, but I guess that's the norm for any tourist spot nowadays. Overall, a place worth staying at.

Perfect gateway at Bolpur specially middle of the Sonajhuri hat. For family staycation Ram Shyam is always our first choice in any day, and now the resort has got totally new avatar. I strongly recommend this resort, not only the location, the food is really great specially the Bengali cuisine. Staff are very helpful and cooperative.

The food was nice,homely environment was there but in this range the quality of the room ambience was not so satisfying & the room service was poor too. Hope for the best for next time 🤞🏻

Location is very good 5/5 rooms and other facilities are great 5/5. But in break fast options are very limited.

The behaviour of staffs is very good....food quality is good like home cooked food...want to visit again...
