it is an excellent place and the hospitality is very good. the ambience is very nice.

*Disappointing Experience* I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The room was dirty, the tap wasn't working, and the overall quality of the room was subpar. There's no mini fridge inside the room, neither they are providing cold water. Asked for glasses, they provided small paper cups and mentioned that no glasses are available. To make matters worse, the food quality has degraded significantly. 1st day I got a insect in "Saak", on the second day got a hair in "Luchi". This was our 3rd visit as every year we stay here only, but now they have opened their premium section near pool area and all their concentration was there only and in the mud village rooms they gave no importance!!!! otally money waste. This was my last visit, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Great Experience...Village theme Resort...Staffs are polite attitude & helpful...Quality of Food is good & Tasty but Costly...Mobile Network not available properly at this place...Great atmosphere..

Had a great time in the resort, the surrounding is well decorated and rooms are excellent. Staffs are very friendly and polite. The restaurant experience is also good with good tasty food 😋. So my recommendation will be to spend a weekend in this place.

Overpriced room, poor housekeeping, and non-cooperative staff. Really brokenhearted and bad experience.

The room has not been allotted which I booked.I have booked jungle view open terrace room but I have been allotted room no 32 where there is no open terrace and no jungle view.So my humble request kindly back my money refund for not allotted my booked room for which I have been given price of my allotted room.

Food is good, ambience is good, staff behavior is also good, room is ok, we stayed at room no. 3, I think it needs a little bit renovation.

The location is excellent. It is in the heart of famous place SONAJUHRI. Food also very good in terms of quality, quantity and taste. But the room not clean property . Maintenance of room and toilet is poor. The commode hand shower is broken and after our reminder it is not repair during our stay. In the room bed cover, pillow cover is not clean.

The food was nice,homely environment was there but in this range the quality of the room ambience was not so satisfying & the room service was poor too. Hope for the best for next time 🤞🏻

Location is nice but ,but staff behaviour is not good, especially poolside lady stuff behave very rudely. Maincourse food is ok but snacks is very worst and costly. At last not the least too much power cut in this resort, which is very uncomfortable in hot weather

This property located just on sonajhuri haat.... room was specious with all modern amenities .... toilet was also decent sized....room and toilet both were clean enough....food was very good....both taste and quality.... they have huge area inside lush green and well maintained....I have only one issue with this property is swimming pool.... pool water is not maintained properly.... filtration is not adequate....for this reason water looks uncleaned....staff behaviour was good.... overall there is ample provision to upgrade this property to a 3 star category

My stay at Ram Shyam Resort, Bolpur was a pleasant experience. The food was excellent, offering great taste and variety. The room was very spacious and comfortable, adding to the overall relaxation. The service was prompt and courteous, and the property itself is well maintained, creating a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere.
