The property location was amazing giving us a full experience of the Sonajhuri forest and its calmness. What makes it even more remarkable is the location of Sonajhuri Haat right infrint of the resort making it extremely tourist friendly. The staff is amazing aiding to the customers in the most polite way possible. The one thing that stands out about the resort is the food which has been hands down the best experience of the property. The only complaint I have for my stay there would be the quality of the rooms. The room wasn't clean enough to welcome any new guest and the AC could have been working better if it was fixed. There were huge lizards and insects getting inside the room constantly which shows that cleanliness was definitely compromised. Other than that the rest of the experience was beautiful

The room ( No. 25) which was allotted to us ,was not at par as compare to the room tariff we have paid. Food quality is average. Tv was not working. Intercom was not in working condition. Wi-Fi speed was very slow. AC remote not available there. Bathroom was not clean.

The experience was not worthy of telling. Location is prominent. Property's food quality is very poor compared to the rate & the overwhelming craze about the resort. The room was also not up to the marks compared to rate. Washroom is too small to use. They need to focus on their management & room service. We had to wait for 30 minutes to get a room after reaching to the resort.

Location wise - 5/5 as it’s in the heart of sonar jhuri. Service wise 2/5 - no toothpaste/toothbrush or any such facility offered according to the amount that we paid. Suite with balcony was okayish too, nothing wow about it. Just spacious.

Room was not upto the mark, too expensive and not clean at all. View is good but when it comes to maintenance, it's all bad. Receptionist sounded kind of rude and his behaviour was not friendly. We booked 3 bedded room and we got to know that room was outside the premises and was not worthy.
