Good location Good environment of the property Good behaviour of staff Spacious room Large bed Good food but little costly. WiFi worked for day 1 only out of 3 days of our stay. Bathroom cleaning was not up to the mark. Hot water was not available in night. Solar heater was not enough. During winter, there may be problem of hot water service. Overall it was a good stay. I wish them All the very best.

Stay is good and not very far than shantiniketan. Food is of average quality. Other wise a decent experience staying in this The Kolam. Nearby sonajhuri and other visiting places of Bolpur Shantiniketan. Rooms could be more clean. Otherwise it was a good experience.

I feel very comfortable at Kolam as the staffs were very welcoming. The room was clean and we got a good breakfast. The staffs at Kolam are very helpful, attentive to our request and courteous.

From outside The Kolam premises is very good but rooms are not that much clean and good as compare to outside. otherwise it is good

They have to upgrade room no 308 which is in bad condition. Other than that room everything is fine.
