The Receptionist and Security Guard Behavior was too good ... hotel entrance lift area littile but dirty but reception to floor and room was clean ... but the washroom needs a little bit of improvement.. overall, if someone wants to stay in shantiniketan for one night, then i will recommend to everyone just to go and book this hotel . I don’t know about other cuisine but Bengali food was horrible. The taste was nothing but a Chinese mixed masala with all the food. I think because they have introduced a lot of cuisine, they have forgotten to take care of the authentic easy to go foods
