An Absolute Nightmare: Worst Hotel Experience Ever! What a perfect spot for a getaway—if you love inconvenient locations and zero amenities. The food was a gourmet disaster, and the staff? A real treat, if you enjoy rudeness. As for the AC and water, they were absolutely fantastic—if you're into sweating through the night and never having enough to drink.

Location is good. Main road and station is nearby. Room dining and bathroom are very untidy. Property is not maintained well. Food and services are good. Value for money is very poor.

Property's location is good.Markets are nearby and it's 10 minutes drive by E rickshaw to Visva Bharati founded by Rabindra Nath Tagore. Food served is very good. Services were found good. There is scope for improvement in amenities like placing an electric kettle and tea bags in the rooms because we were in the habit of taking warm water normaly. The garden in the compound are well maintained and the staff were found gentle and responding.

It was a very average stay. Rooms were pretty average and the food option is very limited that too the price is not so moderate. The location is very deep in to an alley and getting transportation is a very challenging issue from the hotel. There is a toto who is stationed at the entrance of the hotel( Name: Asghar), I request everyone to be aware of him as he will try to fraud you with exorbitant fares that too for a short distance, Please be very careful. I would not recommend the hotel for stay for location, food etc

The word " serving " probably does not pertains in their dictionary. No amenities. No bellboy is available at any point of time.

Room was clean and well maintained. Good staff behaviour. Location also calm and nearby viswa bharti campus. Good thing is that they can arrange toto/auto/cab for your tour.

Overall the experience was really nice. The staffs and every other members are very helpful, the rooms were nice, hygienic.

The hotel rooms were okay. There was no wifi. The staff were also helpful, except for the owner (lady) who seemed a bit indifferent. Other than that, the property is quite pretty looking.

It was good. They made us comfortable by providing us additional blankets as it was very cold on that night. People were hospitable. The staff was friendly. The food was good

An excellent place to stay peacefully with family. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is good yet cheap. Staff's behaviour is ok.

Very ordinary overall experience of the stay, very few staff, very ordinary restaurant, no basic amenities in the room, no intercoms, no mineral water, no toothpaste,. Had to remind them twice about complimentary breakfast, un willing to accept card.

We visited on 15-May-2023. Stayed in Room 102 with Cockroaches, Millipede and Centipede. We checked in around 8:00AM and with so much thriller and adventure we had to checked out around afternoon 3:00 PM. Few more points: Rooms had AC without remote No geyser at washroom Drawer and mirror wood was broken Location little inside from main road Lunch we ordered for rice, aluposto, egg, dal & Jhuru alu vaja—- all one plate and food quantity very normal just like road side hotel cost me Rs. 325/-

Everything is good.staff should be little more organized .otherwise everything good...in good location.nearby all spots.only thing they need work on Breskfast quantity.I ordered one plate bread butter & one plate bread jam.they provided 2 smallest pieces of bread each plate.it should be standard quantity while taking good amount from customer
