It has been a very tough experience, There is no amenities, there is nothing even after saying that Value will stay, there is not even Water to drink, the quality of the food is just awful. All the money has been wasted.

Stayed overnight with my family. It was a pleasant stay. Room and washroom were clean. Staffs served well.

Location is near to station, but in opposite side of normal exit. Room was small with neat bed and clean bathroom. No wardrobe, intercom and hot water in shower. Tv could not be used as no battery in remotes.

Room was too smelly. No handwash in wash room. Room was not ready even after check in time, bedsheet was provided after the check in time. Pillow was not clean proper. Mattress was not clean. Reception was not manned at all the time.

Bed mattress seemed to be of jute, not at all comfortable. Washroom was dirty and stinking. Insects roaming around the room. Poor hygiene.

My personal experience is good but bedsheet is not good for my partner. I hope next time lodge lipika is doing good.

Dirty room, with a lot of insects on the bed, like very tiny flies. A towel is also not upto the mark.

Dirty bed and bathroom not good water supply very bed feeling

The room was clean and the bathroom too, we were given quilts, pillows, there was a table chair, two, neat and clean cupboards. The lodge was neat and clean though the bedsheets and pillow sheets were very old and had yellow stains. A restuarant has just opened right next to the lodge which helped us getting tea and breakfast. The lodge is just 2 minutes walking distance from bolpur station and tot o stand so very convenient but the area is not so clean. There are open drains and the roads are very narrow. It is adjacent to rail colony, good for people who want less costly rooms.

The room is very small because the hotel is next to the station so you can't sleep with the sound of the train all the time. Not even a bottle of water is offered upon entering the room old towels old pillow covers no designated place to store clothes or bags

Room is very small according to price and tv out of service this room so there is no such good for my tour as i am very much unfortunate person

Behavior of receptionist was very bad. He was not supportive. Room maintenance work was not there. Receptionist was busy with his mobile on his personal matter all the time. One thing is positive that was very near to the bolpur shantiniketan station (beside platform no 3.

Very nice location. Only 2 min walking distance from bolpur shantiniketan station platform number 2. Room was nice, and properly lit. Lodge is neat and clean. Only for 1 reason i will give 4 rating out of 5 as i found coacroches inside the cupboard and blankets inside there, so couldn't use them. Otherwise very good experience. Toilet is neat and clean. Water purifier is available. I must recommend this lodge.

Room is not clean and behaviour is not good make my trip shoud break contact with them since people believe mm t, this type of lodge question of reputation and faith of mmt even they have chitar they have take 3 litre water 240 rs from me. Even those are not repute company's product and local made product and bad smell in room and pillow cover. I have requested to change them but the didnot reply

This property pops us on mm t app when we search for hotel at santiniketan. But this is at the odd side of bolpur railway station. Even though it is very near to the railway station, one have to cross through the railway station to get a chance to get connected to the mainland and every tourist spots are around 3-5 km away from the railway station. We didn't order any food from the place itself and had take away from other places. Hygiene and safety standard were commendable. Room and washroom was perfectly clean. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. After check out, we requested them if they could look after our luggage for a couple of hours as we planned a delayed train, and they gladly helped us with it.

The lodge lacks the basic amenities like unhygienic bathrooms, torn and rugged bed sheets. We were initially being denied when we wanted an extra towel (gave only one, but after a short argument they agreed to do so. I can't believe i just spent 1075 inr for a non ac room !

The hotel is clean, rooms and bathrooms are clean and airy (1st floor as i stayed at 1st floor) and service of the employees are remarkable. I stayed here three/four times and got good experience every time. But it has one and only one demerit. There is no good restaurant here. Although the staffs are quick to bring food as per order.
