Upon arrival, you requested an upgrade to our Super Deluxe AC Room, and the tariff difference was transparently adjusted. ✔️ At your request, the meal plan was cancelled, and you chose to order food as per your preference. You also mentioned that you were satisfied with this arrangement and expressed your wish to visit us again in winter to enjoy our Baul, theatre, and tribal cultural programs. ✔️ Our team is committed to cleanliness and hospitality. We are disappointed to read comments that differ from the appreciation you shared during checkout. On your request, we upgraded you to our Super Deluxe AC Room after adjusting the room difference with your total amount. You had also chosen to cancel the meal plan and purchase food as per your choice, which was duly noted and adjusted. During your stay, you had shared with our staff that you were happy and even mentioned returning in winter to enjoy our weekend cultural programs (Theatre, Baul & Tribal Dance). You have reviewed twice using the same Booking ID, which generally should not be possible, so we will request the platform to verify this. The room you booked was Sitara (Budget Room). This category is clearly described during booking, including room size, ventilation and amenities. It is a budget friendly resort room and not part of our premium cottage segment. The room provided was as listed: attached bathroom with geyser, Wi Fi, garden facing entrance, with regular room and bathroom cleanliness maintained. Regarding your comment on smell and cleanliness, our staff did not get the opportunity to assist, as you left immediately. Our staff behaviour is usually well appreciated, and we regret any misunderstanding.
