amazing stay, very quiet place peaceful stay, staff are very polite and friendly very cooperative check in through check out and room service as well. 10 on 10

Nothing outdoors for children other than swimming pool which in cold weather is of no use.

The hotel was very well maintained and the heigine was also nicely maintained... good lace to stay with family and friends

the resort is big, big will maintained swimming pool, lawn , small gym, children play room , big garden area ,very well decorated property, they certainly should get 5star rating but I will give tham 3* as they placed a big TV in the room with out connection/ subscription, their wifi was also not functioning staffs all have good behaviour

Find it through MMT, food was good , pretty good . Services are al quite well. In room amenities are not all available like it’s said . Example the bedroom slippers were not there, for ear buds i had to call reception and it was provided. Overall it’s good .

I stayed at creek resort bolpur The resort projects as star resort but right from reception our stay turned bitter. The reception staff on morning of 10th August behaved just like they were doing us a.big favour by allowing us time stay. worst part we had done all booking in advance and so could not leave . ac was not working in premium room and inspite of reporting no solution was given The only good part was the restaurant food which was very good overall cleanliness and maintenance good housekeeping staff.
