The food was awesome , must try

Stay was nice and staff was very courteous. We enjoyed our stay though for 1 day only however very relaxing.

I stayed at creek resort bolpur The resort projects as star resort but right from reception our stay turned bitter. The reception staff on morning of 10th August behaved just like they were doing us a.big favour by allowing us time stay. worst part we had done all booking in advance and so could not leave . ac was not working in premium room and inspite of reporting no solution was given The only good part was the restaurant food which was very good overall cleanliness and maintenance good housekeeping staff. The Creek Resort & Spa has very good infrastructure but there is bad smell inside the room that comes through bathroom sewer line.The staff service has to become fast.Location of the property is good and food is tasty.

The hotel staff was not accommodating, we requested to stay for just an hour extra due to cab which was supposed to call at 1pm and the Manager kept arguing and not accommodating at all. Location might be good, but reception staff is not hence not a pleasant stay.

Staffs were not good they were very rude, no ac in the games room, it was not up to the expectation

I spent a peaceful solo night at The Creek Resort, and it was truly rejuvenating. Nestled amidst nature, the resort offered a serene escape from the city noise. The room was spacious, clean, and opened up to a lovely view of the creek. I enjoyed a quiet dinner under the stars, with the gentle sounds of water adding to the ambiance. The staff was polite and attentive, making the stay comfortable. Waking up to birdsong and a misty morning walk along the water felt therapeutic. It was a refreshing break — simple, calming, and exactly what I needed

The food is just lip smacking We were there in a group of 12 and did not even think of stepping out for 3 days wanting to try everything on the menu!

Excellent stay. Room was clean, spacious and luxurious. Food was outstanding. Location is great. Obviously always first choice in Bolpur

The staffs are all illiterate and village crowd having no sense of civilisation and service . They do not have any professionalism at all .
