The Cristallo Resort

Had a wonderful experience at Cristallo... Food was excellent, service excellent, they are helpful.

The room was without balcony and very old. Furnitures and bed were very old.

Experience was very good with their behaviour, food and ambience the only problem we had that we didn’t get any service after 10:30pm

Cristallo resort is located at the vicinity of Sonajhuri hut but within Sonajhuri forest area permitting absence of noise during business hours of the hut. The isolated 2 storied cottages are having modern facilities of stay with a spacious toilet, living room and south facing balcony. The lon with grass carpet and a small cottages for Baul singers in front of the coutages is a good arrangement that is mention wothy. There are reasonable options of food which are tasty and not rich in spice and have prompt and sincere services. The overall stay in a lonely and secured atmosphere at the down town of Sonajhuri forest with modern living facilities, will invariably prompt the border to repeat their tour at the same stay in future time and again.

We stayed here for 2 nights in Executive cottage. The location is walking distance from Sonajhuri haat. The breakfast was included and it was excellent in taste. The menu keeps changing everyday. They have their own restaurant as well, the food was good (more restaurant like and less 'ghar ka khana' like). The staff behaviour is very polite. The campus is extremely beautiful with lots of greenery all around. They have 'Baul' artist performance during evening. The property has good security and safety. The only drawback that I could find was the geyser wasn't working, and the bathroom though spotless had infrequent water supply. I hope the management will fix these soon. I will definitely visit again in future. Highly recommended.

food was not good enough. room clean but bedcover not clean. ac was not properly working

The staff was well-behaved. The property was well-maintained. The food was amazing. My only complaint was the washroom, the taps needed fixing and cleanliness could have been better. The place is off the main road so for walkers like me extra walking becomes necessary to reach the main road, although the road and location are peaceful. All over, for one or two nights, the place is good enough for both couples and families.

The property is located in a very convenient location being at a walking distance from the khoai mela. The food available at the hotel restaurant is good. Additionally, the staff is polite and well-behaved and the overall property is extremely beautiful and well kept.

It was a wonderful stay at The Cristallo Resort for multiple reasons. The location was very good as it's just a minute's walk to the Sonajhuri haat. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean and had the look of being well maintained. The staff of the hotel are cordial, helpful and very well mannered. They spontaneously keep an eye on the convenience of the guests. Food is very good, though a bit highly priced as is case with all the hotels of Sonajhuri. Overall, highly recommended. The pool is well maintained and the property has an air of serenity with the management keeping the discipline around.
