The property is located in a very convenient location being at a walking distance from the khoai mela. The food available at the hotel restaurant is good. Additionally, the staff is polite and well-behaved and the overall property is extremely beautiful and well kept.

Overall good but the food taste & quality along with menu needs to be improved. Rest all are ok.

It was a wonderful stay at The Cristallo Resort for multiple reasons. The location was very good as it's just a minute's walk to the Sonajhuri haat. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean and had the look of being well maintained. The staff of the hotel are cordial, helpful and very well mannered. They spontaneously keep an eye on the convenience of the guests. Food is very good, though a bit highly priced as is case with all the hotels of Sonajhuri. Overall, highly recommended. The pool is well maintained and the property has an air of serenity with the management keeping the discipline around.

The resort offers an excellent stay near Sonajhuri Forest Road, with convenient access to Sonajhuri Hat, just a two-minute walk away. Its spacious accommodations are ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples.

It was an average stay. The location was fine . Rooms are not so spacious according to the charge . Swimming pool was small with dirty stagnant water . Food quality was good with limited items on the menu. We booked a room with near maximum charge but it was not provided with recharged television or any chair / table / hair dryer/ toothbrush set. One untidy sofa was provided with an extra bed. We expected a better quality compared to other nearby resorts we stayed earlier.

Nice Stay, had a beautiful experience. Property had a pool where we spent our quality time. Food is also very good. Nice weekend stay.

Best resort in bolpur. We always stays at this hotel. This is our 3rd time stay in this hotel. Good hospitality. Good food. Good behaviour of the staffs.

The staffs behaviour , specially the manager behaviour was horrible to say the least . Middle of the night out AC malfunctioned and there was water in the room . When the manager was called for help he refused to come . He even went as far as to lock himself in the washroom to avoid dealing with the problem. We had to personally go down to call him as the reception phone was unanswered several times. Even then he refused to come and said it was beyond his working hours and not his problem anymore. This is the kind of service received. We ordered snacks in the evening and it was served raw . We send it back but they still charged us. We had to get it removed from the bill. The owner of the property/ management needs to know the manager is useless and the property otherwise so lovely, is getting a bad reputation. I PLAN TO ESCALATE THIS MATTER VERY SOON. The emergency we faced could have been much severe like fire, health issue etc . Overall left with a bad taste in our mouth inspite of staying in such a lovely location.
