I had a wonderful stay at The Fame, Behrampur. The hotel offers spacious and well-maintained rooms, ensuring a comfortable experience. Cleanliness is top-notch, with housekeeping doing an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. The service was prompt and courteous, with the staff being very helpful and attentive to guests’ needs. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the food—delicious and well-prepared, with a good variety of options. Whether it’s for business or leisure, this hotel is a great choice. Highly recommended!

The property location is good. Limited food options & staff's behaviour sometimes looks very professional. amenities & interiors inside rooms are okay.

Very organised and systematic efficient pleasing service. We are all very pleased to stay at hotel fame.

Run down building. Large window less cold rooms. Ill equipped bathrooms. Old style lock and key. Insufficient lighting. I had to park myself on my way to kolkata from siliguri and was looking for a place with sufficient parking, which is probably the only positive about this place. They do have reasonable parking. The hotel is located inside berhampore town, near railway station, so it was a struggle to get there.

As per the booked amount this hotel room was not provided at 3-star category. They have not allowed breakfast in their banquet hall, only room service provided. Room is also not good.

The rooms are not up to the mark. They refused to provide buffet breakfast. Employee are not good at communicating to the customer.

Mm t has been cheated with me. Room rent was 4000 rs per day and during my booking, they clearly mentioned in their mail complimentary breakfast but when i reached hotel, they provide selected breakfast. I have raised to mm t several times, but they have not resolved it. I will raise it to customer consumer forum and will take legal step.

Best stay experience. Location was good. Room was good and service too. Foods were very good, especially breakfast and available 24hrs. Had some issues with pickup as the hotel vehicle kept almost 500m away from station though there was enough place near the station for the vehicle to park.

Breakfast is horrible and the front office manager needs to learn hospitality before serving in this industry. No invoice was provided to me after complete payment.

Staffs are not cooperative. Food quality is below average. Checkout time is fixed at 11 am and for which they will go to any extent. Like calling you regularly or threatening to impose full day charge if not done.

Worst stay ever! we booked a 'superior room' for 2 adults and 1 child (7. 5 yrs) with breakfast. However, during check-in, they informed us that even though we booked for 3 persons, breakfast would only be provided for 2 adults. Shockingly, they refused to provide any food for the child unless we paid extra. They even had the audacity to say that if we didn't pay, our child couldn't even take a plate during breakfast! we've traveled across india, but we've never experienced such appalling treatment. (the most laughable part? they label themselves as a 4-star establishment) steer clear of this so-called 4-star hotel and opt for more guest-friendly accommodations at half the price elsewhere.

Be careful from the hotel staff. Better to stay away from the hotel. They are very tricky.

The room fare of this property is quite high compared to the facility. I have paid 5500/. Including food but they provided only a 1000- rs coupon. Food quality was good. But room fare 4500- is too high in the city of berhampore. Breakfast also provided a limited number of items.

We were at the hotel as a part of a marriage party group. My voucher for the suite room mentioned ages of my two daughters clearly whom i had declared at the time of booking through makemytrip. Even after that, the hotel on consecutive mornings suggested that i have to pay for 2nd and 3rd children extra at the hotel!

The stay whad been very comfortable. The food was really fantastic and the service was experienced well.

You will get a positive vibes after watching the hotel, rooms, dining area. Service is very professional with timely delivery of food and any services till midnight.

Room was too clean, food was good and good behaved staffs. Over all, highly professional team of fame.
