I recently stayed at Panchobon Art Resort and it was a truly memorable experience. The location is peaceful, surrounded by Sonajhuri forest trails and open sky – perfect for anyone who wants to feel close to nature. The cleanliness of the entire property is very impressive. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, well maintained, hygienic and beautifully decorated with artistic touches. You really feel the essence of Santiniketan’s art and culture here. The food is homely, tasty and affordable. It feels like eating at home – simple, clean and full of authentic flavour. The staff behaviour is warm, polite and very helpful. They treat guests with respect and personal care which makes the stay comfortable. What touched me most was the cultural vibe of this place. Rabindrik atmosphere, nature, calm surroundings and artistic environment – it truly reflects the spirit of Tagore’s Santiniketan. Evenings here feel soulful. Third class resort laking bare minimum service, hotel room at picture and reality is a hell and heaven diffrence. Lunch/ dinner offer worst food quality They charge huge commission on car/ toto booking

terrible experience
First of all, I had booked the hotel with complimentary breakfast and lunch through MMT. However, when I arrived, the manager informed me that the room I had booked was non-AC. On the MMT listing, nothing was mentioned about this. I was forced to pay extra for an AC room as well as for food, which was supposed to be included in my booking. The experience started off terribly. Secondly, the food was very average and overpriced. The hospitality was extremely unprofessional. And the manager’s behaviour is horrible. I had booked two rooms. While the decorations were decent, both the rooms and bathrooms had a terrible smell. They seemed to use cheap cleaning products with a very unpleasant odor. I stayed there for one night, during which there was a power outage. To my shock, there was no backup electricity. We had to suffer the entire night in the heat, with mosquitoes and sweat making it unbearable. The next morning, when we asked for milk tea, the staff told us it wasn’t available. But just a few minutes later, they served milk tea at the table right next to us. And finally, the worst part: they asked us for a review. We told them we would write it later, but they insisted, took our phone, and wrote a review themselves on the website. This was shocking and completely unprofessional. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing and unprofessional hotel experiences I have ever had. We left very dissatisfied.

Terrible. I booked a room named Sitara. No window in the room. The floor is dirty and there is a pungent smell all around. I refused to stay in the room. The staff attitude is very rude. I immediately walked out from the resort and stayed at the other hotel nearby. Request all the travellers not to book this resort.

It was a horrible experience, a pathetically maintained property, they written all lies about room features there was no mini fridge, electronic safe, woolen blanket, chairs etc, their breakfast is terrible, opt for it only when there is no where else to go
