Near from Railway station, comfortable stay for family, couple & friends. Food and beverage is also good. Highly maintained all cleanliness. And moreover Receptionist and other staffs are so amicable.

The stay was very good, the staff are also very nice.. They have good behaviour and are very helpful to me. The rooms are very good and comfortable. Only one thing is that the geyser was not working. Rest everything is very good.

Zara is located in a peaceful neighborhood about 15-20 minutes from Bolpur station. The super deluxe room is very spacious with a seperate bed for a third person which is ideal for a small family. The rooms are clean and airy, with an attached balcony and access to a common open terrace on each floor. The only thing that is surely lacking is service. The place is under-staffed and the staff, though friendly, are slow and indifferent. The place is good if you want a lazy holiday with no expectations on room service, otherwise avoidable.

The room was clean, neat and tidy. But the food was terrible. While i was in train phone came at 530pm insisting dinner order to be placed then and there only potato based items was asked to be selected. Later on the aloo dum ordered could easily be termed as every food lovers' ultimate horror story. The iceberg shaped potatoes marooned in an yellow oily mess without salt. I happened to spy a cauliflower in there custody and on questioning was blessed to get a dish which my daughter was able to consume. I was told that bed tea could only be available after 7. 45. No evening snacks were available. All this among-st their rule no outside food allowed. The guests with family and children may face temporary starvation at their mercy. Still the rating is 4. 6 on your site. I wonder how? the homestay is also in expansion mode. New annexe building is coming up. Good ratings effect and also because mediocrity breeds success.

Experience of 1 day staying at the homestay.
Food quality and quantity both were good enough. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The tot o rider was very helpful.

I visited this hotel this week. Very average hotel in higher price. Food was very average. The room they provided me is ok type and more over it's door lock was mal functional, the balcony glass door lock was not working. That's why i spent sleepless night. As per security aspect i was scared. They should check all the features before allotting the room. Not enough satisfied. But the tot o driver of the hotel named dipak is quite well behaved.

Overall good experience.
Everything was excellent. Rooms and washroom were very neat and clean. Taste of food and quality was good and staff behavior was nice.

Poor service
Didn't on the ac though we booked ac room. Not cooperative refuse prepare food for child as the adult guests planned outside

We provide you booked room before 1:30 hours ago of check in time and Ac is on from 12pm. We make your child food after your order, it's take 30mins for preparation because we provide fresh food.
