Excellent stay at raktokarbi karugra

familyThe property is located 10 km away from the vishwabharati campus, away from the hustle and bustle. The property allows you to get a feel of the village life, rustic and full of old school charm. The gardens add to the charm of the property. We had booked a duplex mud house perfect for a family of 4 to 5 people. We had luchi for breakfast, it was complimentary. Dinner was at the hotel, the food was tasty and comforting. The staff is very well oriented. Especially the manager and a boy called chanchal. We stayed for 2 nights and our stay was splendid.

The stay in raktokorobi kori was good overall. Nice hospitality of staff and managers. Food quantity was good. Overall ambience was up to the mark. The only negative review i would like to give is for the maintenance of the property with garbage dump visible from mud cottage terrace and peeling paints in the highest category rooms.

Raktokorobi is a paradise for my family. Settled in a serene place, surrounded with greenery all around, well maintained gardens, lake, and of course live baul. That is within the boundary wall. Outside i can go for long walks with my pet dog ladli, where the road travels in between vast paddy fields, very soothing. The staff of the hotel are very courteous. Since 2019 we have been visiting and this was our third visit. Always makes us yearn to visit again. Thank you raktokorobi.

The property appears maintained below par may be because of less flow of funds. The entry road is very narrow and shabby looking. The reception area needs lot of revamp, also the room decor seems so so but needs careful touch up specially with lighting gadgets, replacement of torn curtains and upholstery including holed cushion and intercom, widened gap between the door and the floor to be attended immediately, loitering of couple of stray dogs in the property gives negative impact on the guests. May be the pond in the center could be more attractive if decorated well with guests being allowed to do boating in it after conforming all safety protocols. Behavior of the property staff was very amicable, down to earth and much obliged. Names of shri chanchal, shri pint u mishra & shri ujjwal deserves a special mention. Food served at lunch n dinner were homely kind of and tasted well, besides being reasonably priced. However the complimentary breakfast offered at the property lacked very much in variety and did not host buffet. In a nutshell, our stay of 3 fly members, for 3 nights w. E. F. 11. 03. 2022 (saturday) at the property was within budget and pocket friendly.

Raktakarabi kurugram is a beautiful theme based resort with lot of tress in the lap of mother nature in rooppur near shantiniketan. One who wants to enjoy couple days in serene and peace can definitely pay a visit here. Please note, as it's a theme based resort (mud houses, one cannot expect super luxury amenities.

groupIf you want to spend your weekend at peace and in a serene location you can drop in to this amazing place at Bolpur. This is situated amidst Nature's lap away from hustle and bustle of noises and gives you the real taste of living in a rural environment. The place is safe for a girls as we went in a group and every staff is cordial and we lived their hospitality. Food is homely and reasonably priced. Overall a good choice for getting some solace!
