very pleasent stay with nice swimming pool facility, garden view and superb food quality but room, baranda cleaning needs to be improved, nice behaviour of staff also

The ambiance is good , the staffs are very friendly specially the security uncle . must say that we enjoyed a lot ....

not good at all...we had booked 2 premium rooms.no of staff not sufficient..we had to wait long time to check in...they just not cooperative as well.they gave toiletry just a soap and two cheap shampoo pkt only, no water supply in the room during the morning. most of the food items mentioned in the menu card was not available. swimming pool water also not very clean.not satisfied....i shall not recommend any one to visit the hotel.

Extremely poor service . For each service we had to wait for minimum 1 hour even for the morning tea . The pool was extremely dirty and unhygienic. the blue transparent water pool as per the given pic just turned into a muddy green water pool with numerous insects in it . Extremely poor power backup . Had to face atleast 15 to 16 times of power cut and voltage drop in 24 hours . I use to visit Shantiniketan every month but never faced this much of power cut. For better understanding I contacted the other hotels in the same area where I use to stay regularly and confirmed that there was no power cut . Now coming to one more important point they claimed that they have parking facility . And this was a joke . We had to park our car outside the hotel on the road openly where there was no security. After I charged them on this they somehow arranged a place inside the hotel . The floor of the room were extremely dirty . So overall it was a horrible experience there and will never recommend to anyone .

Excellent stay at Rajbari Resort. Beautiful spacious rooms, nice lawn, podium for baul song and performance at evening. Superb swiming pool, very courteous staffs. all in all totally satisfied.

Staff was cooperative, rooms were good, property was in a good condition, overall a good property, highly recommended

Property location is good, quite and serene. Rooms are near. No hot water in wash basin is a shortfall. Breakfast options are very few, no fruits like papaya or banana. Ok ok value for money. Needs improvement.

The hotel also features a clean and well-kept swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. However, there is one significant drawback: the lack of inside-campus parking. This can be particularly inconvenient for those traveling in groups or with multiple vehicles. For bikers' groups, especially those with five or more bikes, it's worth noting that parking arrangements might require additional planning as there isn’t adequate space inside the premises. Overall, the property is a great choice for its cleanliness, good food, peaceful location, and excellent staff service. With improved parking facilities, it would be even better for larger groups.

We stayed at this resort for 2 nights. It's a newly launched property. Location wise it's pretty close to the bolpur station and other tourist places. They also took care of our kids food requests. Breakfast options are limited. Overall a decent stay at this hotel.

It was a decent experience. Food - homely, non spicey, and easy on tummy parking - outside the hotel. Room - no complains bathroom - room number 211 has pipes weirdly visible staff - helpful and pleasant behaviour. Arranged for boul sang-it in the hotel itself on 25th dec. That was good.

Staff were good and cordial. One need to do little bit of off-roading to reach there. Food is ok. But they should have the practice of serving water while people eat at their restaurants. Else ok. They should focus on maintenance more.

No power, not properly maintained the premises

This resort is not well maintained, though it's a very new property. Insects are here and there. Food quality is very bad. Overall staff are good and helpful

Nice for staycation, the place is good

Brand new property with all modern amenities. Staff very accommodative especially for kid’s requirements. The location is serene and tranquil about 150-200m from main road. We stayed for 3nights and enjoyed thoroughly. Traditional music of shantiniketan baul music was arranged in the evening. Safe place for family and good food.

I loved every bit of it, the pool, rooms, food, service and the location too.

Hotel rajbari resort is a new property near sonajhuri hat. Executive room spacious 2+1 beded room. Food was good.

Excellent stay with very good bengali cuisine. Highly recommended.
