Review Of Lukochurri

Location is far from bolpur station but nearer to sonajhuri. Food is good but variety is very less. Amenities and services are average.

It’s not a hotel..it’s a hostel..even worse than hostel..no service available..after 10 pm you can not enter..there is neither food nor water serve by them..bluntly they refuse everything for every services..we paid 2000 rs just for a bunk bed with rock solid mattress..staffs are not there..only one caretaker with no service..top of that it’s a dirtiest place I have ever stay..stop listing this kind of property

Food : quality was good but only 1 cook was available, hence service was not that good. It was very much delayed. Location : Not good at all... Road was full of mud, quite far and inside from main road. Facilities : Room was not cleaned properly. Upon request they changed the covers. Taps was leaking and toilet was very much unhygienic and dirty.

property looks awesome but its food quality, amenities & services are not upto the mark. Staffs behaviour is good but they are not professional. The property runs with very few staffs which delayed other services.

All person are nice, very helpful and they are good listener.. the property also very good like home.

Location and place is good but wash room totaly bad

Very nice behaviour of the staff good food I never felt out of place very homely environment The garden area was very relaxing rooms gave me a feel of vintage and lived their vintage kind of interior

I had a wonderful stay at Lukochurry The room was spotless and cozy, with a comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who greeted us with a smile. The location was perfect, close to the city center and public transport.Homely food and accessibility to a variety of foods and dishes for all guests. I highly recommend this hotel!"

location is good .Well decorated property but service is a very poor . intercom doesn't work .need to be professionally upgrade themselves a hot .staff strength is also very less.

Rooms are not cleaned.Full of bad smell. Breakfast given very late. At 2500/- room price point it did not justify room quality and breakfast.

I had a very disappointing experience. The caretaker and room service were both extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. This significantly affected the quality of my stay.

This property is very close to Prantik Rail Station but almost 1.5 km from Sonajhuri Hat. The ambience of the property is very nice but the service is not at all good. The property is managed with less staff therefore delivery of services got delayed. You may stay but do not expect any kind of good service as expected from the rated hotels.

The stay was pleasant and peaceful. The ambience was very good. But the hotel staff should focus regular cleanliness specially the washrooms and its amenities.

We had a pleasant family stay at Lukochurry. The room was good, though requires some level of maintenance. The staff were very nice and cordial and helpful. Loved the food. Note, it is not a proper hotel, more of a home stay with multiple occupancy.

The property location was Ok Ok. From the outside property looks beautiful, the rooms are spacious but not neat and clean. Food items are priced on a very high side, they need to be reviewed. The taste of the food was ok I won't say bad but average. The rooms are also overpriced.

It's a most beautiful ambiance and superb experience. place is so romantic. we are visit again and again

I had called beforehand at the hotel and they didn't pickup I rang than for more than 15 times but they didnt pickup and when I reached there ,it was completely locked ! please dont book at this hotel ever
