Very good service, clean and excellent behaviour
Bad Stay at Pearl Resort in Shantiniketan
Food cost is too high. Swimming pool restrictions & and the sale of swimming costumes are not acceptable. Very bad behavior of the front desk.

We are extremely sorry that you had a bad experience and thank you for bringing this to our notice. We would like to clarify that we ask guests to enter the swimming pool with swimming costumes on which I guess is a standard rule for most places. We have taken your complaints under consideration and would try our best to provide better experience to our future guests.

Shantiniketan trip
Overall experience was good. The property was fabulous as they are new and food was delicious. The staff were very nice.
