Room service not good

Good behaviour, Good fooding, good ambience, and nature loving location.

a pleasant stay. rooms are good but mattress is hard. staff behaviours are good. stair is risky must be changed.

The hotel is very clean and cozy.The room is quite small, but the washroom and room was very clean.The staff are very accomodating and try to help in every way possible.The location is inside Shonajuri haat, so it is easy to get totos to go to nearby places.I went with my mother, and we had a cozy family time there

location is amazing. well maintained room and they also have well hygienic food restaurant. Peaceful area

My son and I went for 2 days. We stayed here and it was an amazing experience. The Biriyani is sumptous and other foods as well. I would love to visit again.

Roshnai is a good place to stay for budget travelers. A small place with heritage looks but falls short when you actually visit. The rooms are good but can be improved in cleanliness. The garden with plenty of flowers (Dahlia) makes it very attractive on arrival. The location is excellent as the Sonajhuri haat is just outside this place. Folk music (Baul geeti) by professional singers held at night is really great. And the tribal dancers at the haat are excellent to see and women willing join them and enjoy. Good for 1 to 2 days stay. but can't be called a Resort. Food at the restaurant is good. for going around for sightseeing one can avail the Totos available in the vicinity or the hotel can arrange.

The ambiance was good but the resort was surrounded with a bad smell. Some staff's behaviour was very rude.

Very good place in great location, staff behaviour excellent and also the food quality is good. Surrounding and atmosphere with tribal dance and folk music is serene.

Very good resort with reasonable price. The rooms are very small but for two people it's ok. The back side rooms with balcony gives aesthetic look. Good for photography. Food is like home cooked food. The veg thali is really light and good with numerous dishes and a sweet at the end. We also tried chinese. It's excellent. The staffs are really dedicated and supportive. Overall, our first visit to shantiniketan is a good experience mostly because of the resort.

Rooms in the group floor are very poor in condition. Moreover in hygienic damped room. Stairs are situated outside and temporary iron structure that's makes it scary. Any time accident can took place in monsoon season. Location wise it's a awesome. Transport from the property is affordable and easily available. Resturant sitting area is uncleaned. Waste flies are there. Behaviour of the hotel staff is very good. They are very helpful. Hotel organised bengali flock music program outside there property which was very awasome.
