parking was not there in hotel campus.had to park outside open area.not worth with this high price.morning breakfast was not included in this price

familyThe property is in a good location, but the access road is narrow. It has rooms meant for quick freshen up and move around, not meant for comfort stay. Also it has a banquet room for which most of the time party, meeting etc run and it impacts the guests stay as room service is discontinued that time. Facilities of budget hotel but tariff is of regular hotel.

Good Stay
Location is ok. Staff behaviour is good. Rooms are also good but it's too small. Food can get better at what they are having right now. This issue also has been raised with the hotel gm. Hope they will work on it. Overall it's a good stay. Sorry i do not have photographs

Room prices are unjustified
Room is very small and congested and average room category though hotel service staffs are well behaved and very helpful but the price bandwidth of any room is not justifiable it should be priced around 1500 max

Poor Stay
It is basically a banquet hall with few rooms. The entrance, stairs, rooms are pathetic. Ac not cooling.

Stay at hotel utsav bolpur west bengal. Overall hotel experience was good.
