Review Of UNIQUE SHANTINIKETAN

Location is off the city center and that is how we wanted it. Food is not up to the mark specifically breakfast, if it is included in your stay. Choices in breakfast is pretty limited and starts later than what is committed. Rooms are spacious and clean and well maintained. Some very basic shortcomings are visible in housekeeping like keeping only one coffee mug in a double room, no stirrer or spoon in the room with complimentary tea/coffee. Staffs are courteous but does not look like trained or have much experience of room service like not carrying prepared food from kitchen to room uncovered. Overall, stay was pleasant but expected more finesse at this price point

Stay was comfortable, not too much hassle. Food quality was good and so was the quantity. Surroundings was good. If the rooms windows somehow could have been opened we could have enjoyed the scenary from the room as well.

The location of the resort is good surrounded by greenery though far from the railway station. Room we opted didn't have ac which was alright for us in winter but in summer it could be a problem. In-house food is good both in terms of taste & quality and rate. I would prefer this resort for my next stay as well.

We, total 11 persons have stayed in unique shantiniketan from 25th to 27th december, 2023 and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel ambience, environment, cleanliness, hospitality, behavior of staff, play ground for children, swimming pool everything were great. Food quality was also good but tastes of foods needs improvement; may be bit far away from main shantiniketan but it is actually blessings in disguise because the environment is really peaceful, midst of pure nature with no pollution at all. We have enjoyed a lot! thank you unique shantiniketan, will visit again!

We were searching offbeat resorts at santiniketan and unique shantiniketan was up to the mark. Hotel was neat and clean. Staff behavior was excellent. Food was tasty. All over very good experience.

The hotel provides great accommodation, niece care, pleasent staff. Located about 2. 5 km off main road and 8 km from bolpur

We stayed from dc 30th, 22 for 3 days and had a very good stay. We stayed in the executive room and it had a balcony even. Room is very large and good enough for a 3 family. Food is good. Fish items could have been better. Behavior of staff is good. They lag a bit in presentation i feel overall. They were very courteous and helpful overall. View from our balcony was very good. Total greenery and view of the village. Very pleasant. 2 important issue i felt was that they don't have a lift for a 2 floor building. So although they would carry your belongings but if you have aged people in your group then you might face problem. Another problem is parking is outside the hotel beside the road. Although they have night guard and do not feel any risk but still i felt it is a bit risky to keep your car on the roadside.
