Even though the room was not what we expected, it was clean and tidy. Service was a bit slow, the restaurant had their ACs switched off albeit lunch and dinner, which is understandable considering the establishment. Food was good though, but had limited option.

No lift for 4th floor stay.. Adequate staff not available for service. As per quality of food price was too higher.

Rooms are not at all good. Bathroom is very small. TV was not working. Charged Driver room separately but there was no bed, just a foam on the ground. No AC for drive. Food is very costly inside. Also location is far off from Shantiniketan Viswabharati Campus. Terrible experience.

Peaceful stay at Panthashala. AC Restaurant, Book reading facilities available. Homely ambiance. Simple, delicious food available . Rooms are spacious. Refrigerator, Electric Kettle, TV, Geyser - all modern amenities are there in the room. Small balcony is attached with all rooms. Kids playground is available. 24 hours power backup facility is there. Superb campus, open stage, cultural programme on special days - these are tge specialities of Panthashala.

It was a very good arrangement, the food was also good, the room was absolutely perfect for a staycation. Only one problem was there, sometimes electricity was not there, not able to use AC that time.

Food quality is good but deviation in breakfast or else better for living. Good stuff behaviour no doubt and delicious food in dinner.

Hotel was great, but the food was little expensive than the usual market place. Location is great. Peoples are also good. Security are tight infrastructure and other facilities like Wi-Fi and mobile network is on point.

Over all experience is good but room needs to be further improvement like sitting is not comfortable, room service is not up to the mark.

Booked this place for 2 days. Very clean with calm and quite atmosphere. Rooms were clean too. It's not a hotel, but rooms in flats situated in a well decorated housing society. Food is also available which is also tasty and homely. If one is visiting Bolpur by car, then it's one of the best place to relax.

Overall experience was very good. Room was clean, staff’ behaviour was good. However the location is far from bolpur station.

The only problem is the bed size is small for triple sharing.

Location is ok if you have your own car, otherwise it's far from the bolpur town and sight seeing areas. Food and services were horrible., even the tea was so taste less .

The environment of the location was very good' Peaceful. Food of the restaurant was good. Room was clean. Behaviour of all staffs also good. Only one problem that is there is no lift which is difficult for kids and old age person.

Foods are very good. It's like a family flavors. overall good. budget hotel. staff are so good.
