I had truly pleasant experience. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean. Well maintained with all amenities.

Hotel is conveniently located near Jakhoo Temple and Mall Road. The food was delicious and the service was good. Slightly disappointed that the room did not have a heater which would have been helpful given the chilly weather. Despite this issue we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for it's prime location and great food.

This hotel is located in Jungle of jakhoo and gives you peace of mind. Travelling from city is little bit difficult here ,but rest is good .

Worst feeling ever. No service at all

no heater. hotel is not having own parking facility. vehicle got damaged while parking in very narrow lane of height near offroad. food quality extremely poor. charged an extra amount for small heater. drinking water was dirty. room was poor quality.

We found this property . Location of this property is Little Far from Mall road but near to jakhoo Temple.It was the scenic view from the property. Food was good but i felt lack of staff and basic amenities in the room though a person by the name Ashwini was available all the time on a single call.It was a pleasant stay and nice option for photoshoot.owner of the property Manpreet Singh was very helpful for transport and local guidence.

Such a beautiful hotel. On top of a hill, with scenic beauty, tall trees all around, close to jaku temple. The staff are very kind and hospitable. Food served was fresh and tasty. Will highly recommend if you are looking for a stay close to nature.

We are from gujarat. We are 8 person (family. Parents specially like the location, food and there service. We enjoy each minute in jakhoo creast. Specially food is top level. We all love to come again. Remember it's near to jakhoo taxi stand.

The jakhoo crest is one of the best resort nested amids the beautiful valley of shimla. While it is situated on the highest point in shimla it is easily approachable and well connected to the shimla city. A taxi stand is just 50 mtrs away and the jakhoo temple having the tallest lord hanuman statue is only 500 meters from this resort. Mr aman personally ensures of your comfortable stay and guides you about the places to visit. The staff are excellent, helpful and are dedicated and committed to your comfortable stay. It was one of my best experiences with services. The quality of food, tea, breakfast was so tasty and good that we specifically thanked them for the quality of food. Rooms are neat, and washrooms are well maintained and clean. This place is highly suitable for families, friends and couples. We visited with family and had a great staying experience. Even if i visit shimla again, i will be staying at jakhoo crest. The scenic beauty, trees, and birds add to the attraction. Highly recommend to all people who are looking for a highly comfortable and great experience.

Great hospitality, staff is way too polite and kind with average rooms, location is little far to reach, food is too good, overall experience is good

There are several reasons to avoid booking this property. it's not how it looks like in the images. It's damn far from any tourist attraction. There's water issues in rooms and almost non existent dining service. They gave us a store room to live in with all the hotel repair stuff like paint plaster turpentine was stored. Even after informing the manager and there was no resolution. We had to move out first thing in the morning since it was a totally horrible experience.

The property is located 500 meters away from jakhoo temple. The mall road is not close by, you need to take taxi to reach there in case you are not traveling by your own car. The overall experience and stay was good as the staff was courteous and ensured safety and convenience of clients. If you wish to stay amid-st nature and away from the hustle and crowd, then u should opt for this property.
