I arrived at the hotel at 10:00 AM and requested an early check-in at the reception. However, I was informed that no rooms were available, despite the fact that I had already confirmed in advance that I would be allowed early check-in. Eventually, I was given a room only after 11:30 AM.
Upon entering the room, I discovered that the air conditioner was not working. I raised this issue multiple times (7–8 complaints), but no effective assistance was provided. The matter continued until 5:00 PM, causing me significant inconvenience. I then requested to be shifted to another room since I had already paid and was not receiving the expected service. Initially, my request was declined on the grounds of unavailability, but after repeated requests, I was finally allotted a different room.
