average room quality need some more cleanil. outside food should be allowed as per amenities and information but stay is asking fine if we get outside food. I am a Regular Business Traveller and in my 25 years career, I have never seen so worst Hotel. Make My Trip should not keep the hotel name in its list. For every things like dental kit, shaving kit, hotel staff asked payment in cash. For providing one Plate to eat food, they have taken 50 rupees in cash. Hotel water not available. No body bothered about the services

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all basic amenities. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and public transport. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was quite tasty. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. However, the Wi-Fi connection could have been better, as it was occasionally slow. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and good value for money. I would recommend this hotel for both short and long stays.

The behavior of the lady receptionist is terrible....they charge you for damages out of nowhere, and the staff are rude as hell. They will try to extract more money from you, so be careful while choosing the hotel. If at last you come to choose it then don't use their provided towels, bedsheets, coffee maker etc. Cleanliness wise its good but so are other hotels with same price so choose carefully and stay safe.
