There was leakage in geyser, after several reminders geyser disconnected. The room given as Executive AC was not upto the mark. The front office staff having no idea about complementary breakfast and dinner

i have the recording with your team hotel staff didn’t respond my calls and i have to use another property without prior notice and without any help of your team.

Hotel Team are not good person, very poor service, kindly don't recommend to anyone for this hotel

no room service, no facility for drinking water, no proper cleaning and not proper trend staff.

Room was clean but service was too slow. Breakfast was buffet but they provided only few options that too delayed and only 50 percent items were served
