The washroom window was broken, Bed was so nasty even room door was broken and room was smell very bad,

Food was not so good but overall everything is amazing we just love the place the hygiene they maintain

Wrong address wrong room not clean room Ac not working

2/5 stars Had a disappointing experience with this hotel group. Booked a hotel on 20th April, but when I reached the location at 10 PM, the staff informed me that I had booked a different hotel within the same group, located at a completely different place. Despite the staff being polite and cooperative, the incorrect location information was frustrating, especially arriving late at night. It would be helpful if the exact location was clearly shown before booking. Not recommending this hotel group due to this issue. i am giving 2 stars because of the staffs only who really helped me out that night or else i would have been in a great problem. And the property owners no given whose name is stalin mohanty. i called him several times but he didnt bothered to pick up the call.
