property location is ok but their is rail track behind property whole night you can't sleep as it feels like trains are going over your head food was famous but now no more so don't waste your trip

Room was poorly cleaned and smelling amenities was not poor location near railway track constant sound of trains disrupt sleep

No water, no dental kits, no kettal etc, u had charged rs. 900 extra for breakfast, but they had provided breakfast only for rs. 300, very small, smelly n dirty room, very bad experience

My stay at venus inn was pretty bad actually. For the price they are charging which is more than 2k, the facilities were really underwhelming. The coffee table was all dusty and there was a dent in the bed. There was no network and wifi was not stable (only 1 gb was available. Overall a terrible experience.

Good better very like.

The staff behaviour is so bad. I came for medical treatment. I was in the hospital so i told them to extend it by 2 hours, at first they said okay then he calls me and says we are removing your luggage from the room. What the hell is this behavior.

Very poor service, the room was smelling badly, third class quality of bedsheets and towels being used. No soap available in bathrooms or in the room. Not recommended for business or family stay.

Lovely stay. Hospitable staff, swift room service, clean & hygienic room, good location (those with heavy luggage, connect hotel and reach parking directly to avail lift directly from ground basement. Main entry has stairs only at entry, may be difficult foraged and ailing travellers) near by markets makes it lively stay

I stayed for a night with my mom since we were coming back from banaras and the flight got delayed. Property is being managed very poorly. Once we entered the room, i saw a few cockroaches inside the room, the bedsheet had few stains and was not cleaned properly. I have no idea about the food since the restaurant closes by 1030 and we had reached by 1145 pm.

The room was very dirty. The washrooms were terrible with no running hot water. A big zero for hygiene

Venues inn is located in the perfect place. All the major tourist attractions, railway stations and the airport is near by. The room as a whole was fine, the ac was working, the bed was comfy, and hot water was average. Room service was not that great as i did not get my breakfast order one day. The bad part was the lots of cockroaches in the washroom and in the room, one of the biggest health hazards and red flag. The restaurant was as always awesome but crowded. If the cockroaches issue is solved, then this a good place to stay.

Hotel is good. Location is near to airport. Food south indian food pure veg. Good food dosa is good. Amenities are good. Room services available, good immediately responding to your queries

Doors were lacking inside latches, infusing a sense of deprived safety. Bedsheets were torn, alcoholics were shouting in the corridor & near by rooms. Above all the girls handing the reception area were not at all having a sense of hospitality. Inspite of repeated call noone from reception come to the room for any support. I was awake whole night.
