The hotel was clean. Staff was very cooperative n polite. Food was super awesum (pasta, biryani) Room size was reasonable

Location is good service Bad AC was not working food quality is bad........

This is not a luxury hotel. The entire first floor is under rennovation. Breakfast was just there but not edible at all. Too loud and noisy and beds are also not comfortable. Do not book this ever

👉🏼This is what you get from room in patia Torn bedsheet, Dirty mirror and invisible glass particles everywhere in the room which can easily hurt you. 👉🏼They are also charging Rs 80 for a non branded bottle where as every hotel gives 2 mineral water bottle per day that too be free of cost and a branded bottle 👉🏼And most important the manager is not sorry for this and mentioning it as a mistake☑️ and showing rowdy behaviour toward a lady 👉🏼Manager and receptionist don’t have basic etiquettes towards their customers Extremely degraded! Not a good stay at all ‼️ 👉🏼Not suitable for a family👈🏼

This hotel feels more like a nightclub, with DJ music playing until 1:30 am IST. I believe this is not ideal, as the two atmospheres should not coexist in the same venue. If they wish to operate a nightclub, it would be better to do so in a separate location. Guests typically book hotels for a relaxing stay, seeking a peaceful night's sleep rather than the disturbance of a DJ. The interior is well designed, with air diffusers that smeels really good. Everything is designed in a manner like a restrobar and somehow they endedup attaching few rooms 🙂

Room is full of mosquitoes I am unable to sleep 3 nights

The services provided were excellent. The staff were polite and courteous. Room service met our expectations. We also enjoyed the high-quality food available at the top-notch restaurant located above the hotel.

They have night club in hotel and every hotel guest suffer from the sound it’s to disturb and not feeling peaceful in room. Not recommended any one

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The property is well-maintained, and the ambiance is welcoming. From check-in to check-out, the process was smooth, and the staff was courteous and helpful.

A bit pricy, however, if you have several short visit guest, it’s a pretty hassle free hotel. Housekeeping is good

Food was below average, amenities were broken. service was terrible. without our permission or request for room cleaning . while we were out, the cleaning staff went inside and did room service without our knowledge. we didn't even request for room service and we also didn't put tag to clean our room it was horrible experience anything they could have done in the room without our presence. apart from that a staff entered our room despite of being locked as he was having a duplicate key. when we asked why that happened he gave excuses that he by mistaken allocated some guests wrong room number and by mistaken entered out room . we were sleeping that time . thats was horrible. unsafe . when we informed the reception and manager on duty regarding this they only gave excuses that this was their policy that untill guests inform them not to enter for room cleaning they will enter and clean without guests concent.
