breakfast service not well., bathroom gate not open close properly, tea maker not giving, bath towel not clean, room smell

The stay at lal qila was terrible. The location was the only thing that could bring them customers, but everything else was horrible, the place had a bad smell, the room was also smelly and the sheets were so dirty! It had stains of I don’t know what and the room also wasn’t too clean. We didn’t eat at their restaurant but their tea was also not good. Overall not a good place to stay.

Big and clean room. On the main road. Lift facility. Big and clean washroom with geyser. Helpful staffs. Little long distance from KIIT.

No amenities provided. Bedsheet dirty No Towel No handwash in toilet. No tv. No electric kettle. No response even after informing the staff.

The hotel was overall good but some work was neglected during the stay like room cleaning. I had to call housekeeping 2 to 3 times to get work done. The food was really very good and yummy. The price was good too. The market and kiit were nearby. Good experience.

I have booked hotel Laquita, Bhubaneswar for 4 nights to stay. But I left the hotel after staying for 1 night only. The room no 309 was so small, untidy, bed sheets, towels were used by others previously, wash basin was uncleaned and tap water was defective. I ordered for 2 cup of teas at my room and I found hairs were present on the plates. In short it was a horrible experience during my one night stay and I forced to leave Lal quila for another hotel after loosing thousands of rupees.

Had a really good experience staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. It felt like a perfect place to relax after a long day of travel. Definitely worth the stay

I booked 3 rooms for 6 guests, and our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The rooms were very clean, which was my main concern, and I was pleasantly surprised. Unlike some of my past experiences at other hotels, where issues like non-working ACs or water problems were common, we faced no such problems here. Everything worked perfectly. Plus, the location was ideal — very close to KIIT. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel!

Very poorly managed hotel. Rooms were not clean, bed sheets were dirty, towels were dirty too. Overall very bad experience of staying in this property. The true price of the room should be in three digits only.

Absolute horrible service. One towel given for two persons. AC was not working properly. Complimentary breakfast not served though the payment included the complimentary breakfast. Would never recommend anyone.
