1.The maintenance of the room is very very poor. 2.AC is not at all working no maintenance at all. 3.No toiletries 4.The cleanliness of the room and washroom are very poor 5.Location is okay as per my need. 6.Hotel badly need maintenance

Location is great but the rooms are utterly unkempt and unclean. The hotel allowed early check-in without informing about any additional charges yet later on charged 300/- on that without giving any receipt. Nothing is available in room service, when I asked for tea at 10 am, I was told that any food related services open at 12 pm and when I called to ask for tea at 12 pm at the reception rudely interjected "who drinks tea at 12! It's lunch time now!?" I mean who the ___ are you to tell me when to drink tea. If unavailable your job is to simply say NO. That's it? I'm not paying for my stay there to learn about tea drinking time from you! Overall, if you just need a room with a vicinity to kiit square, go for it. Nothing else to look forward to.

The stay at lal qila was terrible. The location was the only thing that could bring them customers, but everything else was horrible, the place had a bad smell, the room was also smelly and the sheets were so dirty! It had stains of I don’t know what and the room also wasn’t too clean. We didn’t eat at their restaurant but their tea was also not good. Overall not a good place to stay.

Big and clean room. On the main road. Lift facility. Big and clean washroom with geyser. Helpful staffs. Little long distance from KIIT.

No amenities provided. Bedsheet dirty No Towel No handwash in toilet. No tv. No electric kettle. No response even after informing the staff.

The hotel was overall good but some work was neglected during the stay like room cleaning. I had to call housekeeping 2 to 3 times to get work done. The food was really very good and yummy. The price was good too. The market and kiit were nearby. Good experience.
