Horrible experience at Madhur Homestay at Bhiba
worst homestay. very rude homestay owner. breakfast not provided as per booking. Very untidy room. Stinky washroom. AC not working properly. Owner did not provide AC remote. Iam regular customer of urs and never experienced such horrible experience.

There were insects all over the room and the owner was extremely rude to add to it. please don't stay here waste of money. ac does not work properly and very dirty

We don't allow anybody without valid ID card and perhaps it irritates you for which you give the comments
Poor Stay
We booked two rooms, in my room there was no geezer and washroom was too small there was no space to take shower

Poor accomodatio
I booked 2 rooms with ac. After i reached the location the owner gave me only one room with ac and one room without ac separately. That non ac room isn't well, stinking. So i adjusted in one ac room with my family. That ac room isn't big enough for 4 members. And owner is very rude, he was continuously arguing when i asked him why didn't he inform this prior, when i hv called him 2 hrs prior to my arrival, he was just saying it is not available, i have upgraded the room and gave you. He was saying it'd not available, i hv placed that ac in my office n stuff. When i asked him to refund the amount for one room which we didn't use, then he said he can't.

You reached 11.30 P. M. And earlier informed to reach at 10.00 P. M and given one AC Room and Non AC Room with Double Occupancy basis. At that time also informed the situation and agreed for cancellarion with 100% refund by MMT Or alternate arrangement. You accomodate yourself and neither given the Non AC Room at nights and occupied and availed complimentary breakfast for four persons snd difference of tarriff in between room is 100 rupees only. How you can ask for full refund and avail all benefit and give bad remarks. You should understand the situation and we have agreed for full refund by MMT at 11.30

Good experience. A very quiet place with access to all the required amenities. Owner was very polite and helpful.

Average Stay
My Stay was Average. Room is Good. But No Services available like Tea, Coffee or fooding nothing is available . No Alternate Power Service , during Power Cut time. It's better to have Some Optional Fooding at least Tea or Coffee. No option available for a Room Service. And Moreover No Such places of Fooding Nearby this Property.You Need to Carry your food and Water.

Tea or Coffe chargeable avbl on request and food can be ordered from Zomato,swiggy and nearby resturants within 300 metres and same can be found from Google map.Just Because,you don't know nearby food stalls and not asked about nearby food stalls or check Googlemap and mentioning a wrong statement not justified.Howeve,we have upgraded the room without any cost for your convenience.Thank you very much

Bad expe
Firstly the owner confirms the booking. Then after arrival to the destination he gave such terrific excuses to raise the rate of the room. Then we agreed to pay the charges to stop the argument made by them. But then also he never stops because he was saying the amount is non refundable then you can leave the place or else pay the difference. Then the owner provided the room facility less. No tv no clean rooms, no towels, no water. We have to ask them for each time for each and every item. Then he was continuously asking for the balance amount. The torture never ends here. He asks me personally so many times for how much time geyser is on. I suggest personally not to go there because the owner is very interruptive. And also very arrogant.

Due to technical snag the booking was confirmed by making 1099 amount for three rooms one at 999 and other two at 99 and 99 and the same was corrected afterwards and the same was coveyed to the guest and informed the same and requested to check the NON AC room for four persons and the price was showing Rs 1650 for four persons including GST and requested to pay the difference but you refused to pay the amount and want to pay Rs 200 only. Total Rs 1300 for four adults and two rooms. A guest should know how much he is paying for staying in two rooms. We completely disagreed with the Guest comments and no water and other facility and check other persons comments in this regards.

Not a great place to stay
familyUnclean room, narrow access roads, high headed owner. Even after informing too much followup for reaching time. Breakfast also was not tasty. Not recommended for family stay.

Owners behaviour can be judged by other comment in the review remarks. You have locked and without giving keys checkout in your mind and after that we called you to return the keys. You should have atleast courtesy to return the keys and checkout with information to madhur homestsy
