I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. Here's why: no entry lights at 9 pm: upon arrival, the entrance lights were off, making the first impression really poor. Unprofessional management: one of the managers seemed to have no time for guests, treating us poorly. Lack of basic amenities: shockingly, no towels were provided in any rooms. Overcharged: i booked a larger room but all the rooms were the same size, so why was i charged more? safety concerns: i was initially booked on the 2nd floor, but there were no lights in the corridor, forcing me to walk in darkness. Eventually, i was shifted to the 1st floor. Disturbances: in room 201, another adjacent room was open with loud music blaring all night, making it feel like a seedy area. Broken furniture: the cupboard in my room was broken, as seen in the attached picture. No elevator: there’s no lift, so if you’re on the higher floors, get ready to climb. Non-existent breakfast: the promised breakfast, supposedly to be delivered by 7:45 am, never arrived. I waited till 8:30 am and was told that it’s outsourced and beyond their control. I paid for it, but received nothing. Overall, this place was a disaster. Don’t waste your money here!
