Rooms and cleaniness was bad. Smelly room was provided but was safe for solo traveller at cheaper rate

My recent hotel stay was a letdown due to significant cleanliness and hygiene issues. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a dusty and stained lobby area. My room wasn't much better, with unclean linens, stained carpets, and an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was particularly concerning, with hair and soap scum in the shower and sink. The lack of basic amenities was also noticeable. The towels were rough and thin, and the toiletries were incomplete. Housekeeping didn't seem to prioritize cleanliness, and it took multiple requests to get fresh linens. These issues compromised my overall experience and made me question the hotel's attention to detail. For the price, I expected better. Cleanliness and hygiene are non-negotiable, and this hotel fell short. Unless they address these concerns, I wouldn't recommend it to others. Rating: 2/5 stars Recommendation: Focus on improving cleanliness, hygiene, and basic amenities to meet guest expectations. Regular training for housekeeping staff and quality checks would help elevate the guest experience.

Stay was good. But poor attendance service

they have not provided any water. water was paid by us. also I had to call them to provide toiletries. no wifi. TV was not working. staff were not helpful.

The stay was unhygienic. Floor, bed sheet, toilet were dirty. Upon complaining they didn’t listen. Had to call customer care and they changed the room and again they had to change the bed sheet. There was no kitchen, geyser was not functional at all. The staff behaviour was unprofessional.

The room is at a good location very clean and hygienic place the bed was also comfortable. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was worth it. The complimentary breakfast they were provided was also very tasty and sufficient all worth it must visit

I told to start tv in my room. No one cared. I found gates closed during day time had to wait for a long moving here and there for getting inside.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. Here's why: no entry lights at 9 pm: upon arrival, the entrance lights were off, making the first impression really poor. Unprofessional management: one of the managers seemed to have no time for guests, treating us poorly. Lack of basic amenities: shockingly, no towels were provided in any rooms. Overcharged: i booked a larger room but all the rooms were the same size, so why was i charged more? safety concerns: i was initially booked on the 2nd floor, but there were no lights in the corridor, forcing me to walk in darkness. Eventually, i was shifted to the 1st floor. Disturbances: in room 201, another adjacent room was open with loud music blaring all night, making it feel like a seedy area. Broken furniture: the cupboard in my room was broken, as seen in the attached picture. No elevator: there’s no lift, so if you’re on the higher floors, get ready to climb. Non-existent breakfast: the promised breakfast, supposedly to be delivered by 7:45 am, never arrived. I waited till 8:30 am and was told that it’s outsourced and beyond their control. I paid for it, but received nothing. Overall, this place was a disaster. Don’t waste your money here!
