Stall Service and behaviour was excellent and pleasant , may be location could have been better as guest visiting first time might get some difficulty but overall it has been excellent and recommended.

Terrible Stay
The hotel doesn't have an escalator, the rooms are poorly maintained, and proper room service is not available. Although I had booked for four nights, I checked out after just one day. I would not recommend this hotel as it is a complete waste of money. The MMT team kindly visits the property and gives a proper rating. The present rating is misleading. In one word AVOID, this property.

Clean room and great staffs. Manager ,front office lady,Kitchen staff and service staff all are very helping nature and cooperative. Food was excellent. will visit again for sure.

My stay at the nook was truly exceptional.The hotel's location was perfect, The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. 3 Star experience on a budget
We chose the Nook based on the pictures of the rooms and the value it offered for the price. I am glad to say that the property did not disappoint. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, clean, well lit and recently painted. We had king size bed, a comfortable mattress, tea and coffee setup with kettle, all of good quality and clean crockery. The bathroom was clean but had a few stained floor tiles. The property has a rooftop restaurant with a nice vibe. Food quality was very good. Staff was super friendly and courteous. I was surprised that they cleaned our room when we went out. This service is not offered in budget hotels. The only drawback is that they don't have a lift, so may not be suitable for the elderly. It's located in a residential area and Google maps also took us to the wrong lane. I would highly recommend this property if you value a clean and hygienic room. I would say a 3 star experience on a budget. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bhubaneswar.

Poor Stay
Food items- mentioned in the menu were not available. Room condition - bed was not good noise was coming from the bed & from the fan also. Pillow cover & bedsheet was not cleaned (was not looking fresh. The bathroom was not cleaned & broken tiles were there.

For your kind information that some of the items may not be available during certain seasons and there is nil communication between you and our front desk staff regarding mentioned points. We were expecting you to receive our call. Even after calling you repeatedly you didn't receive or message back. We don't repeat any materials just to keep our guest safety. Being our guest you have full rights to ask our FO staff to change rooms. When we closely investigated the matter we found there is , 'NO" communication from your end.

Dear Guest With due respect to your review and pics shared we would like to really apologise to say that you have to experience this as the cleaning was going on at that particular time and since your guest stayed at the hotel and not you so it was miscommunicated to you on many things. Though check in time is 2 PM but yet you arrived at 9 AM and cleaning was going on at that moment. Even to avoid any kind of discomfort we gave your guest the option for free upgrade to suite room but since you became comfortable in that room guest denied. After receiving your feedback at reception we gave special attention to your guest staying with us and after that they even extended the stay by booking offline. We once again apologise for the discomfort your guest faced at the initial stage and we will definitely work on the same. Regards
