The rooms were spacious and neat. The food was also great and they also provided hot milk for my child on request. For this I will give 5/5. However I would highlight two main issues: Non-availability of TV service despite of multiple reminders for recharge and also Non-availability of Soap and Shampoo in the dispensers, upon requesting they provided a tiny bottle of shampoo and said that the bottles will be refilled only after 10am. These are the tiny things which the management should keep in mind and it goes a long way to enhance customer experience. For the entire experience my overall rating is 3/5

All emients are good, room also very nice & clean .. but not happy with food quality, it was very spicy. Need to improved this much.

it was a. excellent stay, we were amazed with the room and service we were provided with. the front office managers have responded and helped in each and every occasion that we asked for. Room was too big, clean and have all the amenities required. service was too good. also there is a house keeping staff - Babo, young and always with smiling face. I. one word it is fabulou

No basic amenities in the room like coffee/ tea sachet. No toilet kit in toilet. Very happy with the spacious room

Pros 1)rooms are large 2)rooms are clean cons 1)no guests are allowed. We couldn't bring some of our friends for 1 hour also as they have strict no guest policy. It was pathetic 2)they don't provide basic amenities like toothpaste, shower gel etc whereas the room cost is rs 3700 3)

Located at isolated place. Difficult to get taxi/auto. Breakfast only option buffet no personal choice.
