Our experience was excellent, the host is maintained the property in well manner. The property is in Patia and not so far from KIIT square. Its in residential area and very quiet. The host always trying to make our stay comfortable. Its well equipped.

This property is close to KIIT UNIVERSITY and the nearby area is posh locality. This property in particular is excellently maintained by the owner. Mrs. Farhana Rahman is an excellent host. Staff are well mannered. Property is spacious, excellent for family stay. Room size good with wooden flooring. Sofas, and dinner table near and clean which gives you homely feeling. One can feel like home. Will definitely recommend for this property.

The property ambience was good. All home appliances were available. Only one room mirror was old and needed to be changed. The property owner was polite and humble.

I have visited this location with and wife and 1 year old baby. House location is best. House is neat and clean with all amenities. Bedroom is cosy and comfortable. A drawing room (ac, living area, dinning area and kitchen is inside the house. Sharing amenities - purifier, gas, utensils, fredge, washing machine, iron etc bathroom is neat and clean. Tv inside bedroom is loaded with netflix, amazon prime etc wifi host and housekeeping guy is friendly and welcoming behaviour.
