Review Of Hotel Smile Inn

Worst experience in the hotel. The inside picture is totally different as compared to front view from outside. The hotel staff is also non co-operative.

Locality of the hotel is very congested. On the road fruits godown, slums are there. The entrance of the hotel is not easily accessible! starecases are not wide enough to carry luggage.

I find this property through make my trip and room is as per specifications. Bath rooms are very neat and clean

Room was not as same as shown in make my trip. Bedsheet looks very old and pillows too. It's difficult to locate too.

Good staff, hotel facilities was good, more comfortable, roomy with excellent service, near railway station

Room service is not there. The bedsheets were so dirty that we found condom wrapers on the bed. It was not cleaned for a long time. Room was very dirty

Hotel was good, staff were helpful in nature. Bhubaneswar railway station is very close.

Food quality was not good, complimentary food was not good, even hospitality. Need to change bab cover every day

I have book three person bed, but we will provide double bed and one mattress for ground. Location near by railway station.

I would love to recommend this place for all those who are looking for a budget friendly stay near the main railway station in Bhubaneswar. Not just budget, but good in other aspects as well like service, staff, food and cleanliness. If you are planning for a stay of more than 3 days in BBSR, then Smile Inn would be the best place.

It's a building, whose 3rd floor is converted to a hotel. CONSNo lift.Train horn and noise coming all the time.Very small room with an old bedsheet and pillow. Price is not worth. It must be anything below 400₹.PROLocation is center in Bhubaneswar Railway Station Area

The behaviour of staffs are good. If you are a solo traveller then its a cosy place to live in. Good balcony view

All are good behavior all staff is good wash room need and clean bed every thing is good.

Good hospitality. Everything was managed very properly. Room was near and tidy. Will consider to come here next time.

1. The stay was terrible. Service is very worse. Staffs are not trained for hospitality. Rooms are of very bad quality and privacy issues for female. Agency like mmt shouldn't keep such hotels in list.

Pillow cover are dirty, There is no intercom fecilities

Property location was very much close to the bbsr railway station, biju patnaik international airport and also to the local markets. Very much cool and calm place to stay. Had a good sleep during my stay.
