it was clean rooms. The staff was always very helpful. the breakfast was tasty. the location was also good very close to the metro station.

Amenity was great wid clean hygeine,well maintained. Staff are behaviour are kind and soft. food quality was excellent.but out of pocket feel but, it's ok for Mumbai City

There is no value for money. Right from reception to stay, the service is below par, based on the exhorbitant pricing. Food choice is limited, and the pricing of food is very high. I ordered beer as room service and I was charged 10% vat. Overall a very average experience!

A very good hotel with great location. nearby borivali metro station. Breakfast is also very good. Variety of food is commendable

The flush didn't work. The AC air had a bad odour. The staff was notified and they took it casually and mentioned they will look into it, but it wasn't till we checked out.

Stinking room, tv not working, ac not working, toilet flush not functional. Only good thing about the hotel is the location

Breakfast was good, but the room service was poor. The room was not cleaned properly. The pillows were dirty and were not replaced. We were woken up at 3 AM because the housekeeper mistakenly knocked our door. Location is good.

Location food amenities and services are good but little bit expensive transportation is easily available
