This does not even come under the hotel category.. Restaurant was worst 😕 uncleaned plates and unhygienic food. cot was worst and water not coming in the bathroom. brought hot water in the bucket from other room . AC was not working. I have never seen this kinda worst exeperience

Room is not Three Star. From outside it looks good. but upkeep is poor. No blankets provided in the room. When tried to contact, reception repeatedly, nobody attended. No toothbrush, paste or towel or water heater kettle provided. No hot water in the bathroom. Leaking pipes in the washroom. Bathrooms not kept clean and laxks maintenance Mosquitoes were there in the room. Breakfast can be rated average. No soaps near the wash area in the restaurant. My stay at Grand White Palace, Srikali, was truly exceptional! Elegant ambiance, impeccable service, and delightful cuisine made it unforgettable. The staff's warmth and hospitality ensured a relaxing, luxurious experience. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hotel was good, there was power cut during our stay at midnight. DG was not operating properly. I took stairs and reported it to the reception after a long wait more than 1-2 hours. Then only they switched it on. Restaurant was in terrible condition. No proper service through landline.

Considering sirkazhi is a small town with very few good hotels, our stay here was very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was also good, making it easier for us to find decent food. Its closeness to sattanathar temple was also a plus for us.

Hotel service is just average. Clean is average. There is a lot of hard water stains in washrooms and water is little salty. Expensive

Location is good and amenities are good. For food there is no meals for lunch and we had outside. Couple of hours we stayed.

I will not recommend for staying. Actually this is a marriage hall. Very attractive to see the outer look but when get inside the room really pathetic and particularly the bathroom, and very badly maintained dining hall. Even in big cities like trichy and coimbatore they won't charge this much of amount. Not at all worth for the amount.

We booked a suite room and the facility was poorly maintained. No bell boy to carry the luggage. Breakfast was not ready by 8 am.

Worst stay experience ever. There was no hot water and after a while the water stopped and bathroom was cleaned. We ordered food and got it after an hour and the taste was so bad

A very avg hotel which is. Not worth for 3k for that locality. Only couple of spreads in breakfast menu. Bathroom fittings are not that much great. May be worth for 2k but not for 3k

Room had a mold smell. Tv and ac did not work properly. Wifi gets connected only on the lounge, no connection in the room.

Nothing is available in this hotel. Nobody cares about any food / tea/ coffee orders. Menu is very attractive but nothing available as per menu. Menu is just eyewash. No toiletries, no water glasses, no mosquito machine. Its marriage hall with extremely horrible services. I will never come in this property if anybody arrange for free also. I would recommend never come in such type property. Mmt charge around rs 4000- however in hotel same room is available in just rs 2200- only. I felt cheated also.

Grand white palace's maintenance & car parking are both ok BUT the complimentary tiffin said to b served only after 8.30 am, so nobody interested to take it, since they are not coming there jus for taking tiffin & take rest. Everybody come only for temple visit& site seeing. SO TIFFIN MUST START AT LEAST 7. the restaurant too we hav to wait atleast an hour for night refreshments. (2) water supply & hot water supply also very POOR.Should b improved.

The stay in the hotel was good. The rooms are neat. The toilets need a bit more attention and the cleanliness of the toilet does not augur well with the room cleanliness. The restaurant in the basement looks overrun with walls having dirty seepage marks and does not give a feel of enjoying the food, though the quality of food is good. The environs are bad. Overall i would rate the hotel at 3. 5/5.

Pathetic stay. Poor maintenance of rooms, furniture and bathroom, stained floors. Dirty bedlinen. The bathroom spray was broken, room got flooded. The hotel staff did not even care to come and check in our 2 days stay. So called restaurant has 2-3 item options. Only advantage is the location and parking availability. Not at all recommended.

This place is actually a marriage hall & the rooms are optimised for lodges during non wedding days. Never get fooled by the reviews, think those are all by the people who attend marriages. Very average rooms. No amenities. Service is slow. Food, no idea. Bathrooms are pathetic. It's more of a decent bus stand lodge. Choose this when you have to just sleep & leave immediately.

Rooms are good but the food is not good and there's no propoer parking place. And the hotel is situated in a narrow route

When i reached the hotel i have found only 2 persons can stay in the standard room. But i clearly booked for 3 adults.
