Everything was good but housekeeping to be improved. The toilet is too high and inconvenient for senior citizens. Needs a foot rest at least. Food and other things good

Hotel stay and food was good. Housekeeping needs more attention. Western toilet is too high and very inconvenient especially for senior citizens. Some foot rest is needed. Hot water supply was very poor.

the room was not ready even at 2pm, we were requested to wait for an hour, since we didn't accept, they arranged for another room instead

We booked 3 bed room which was big and comfortable. The facilities provided by the hotel were good. It had a vegetarian hotel also attached and food was good. We had meals and fried rice. Hotel location is also on the main road which was easy to locate and plenty of car parking available.

The property's food and location were excellent. Regarding facilities, the water drainage of the bathroom was not up to the mark.

The room given to me was poor. They took around 3hrs to fix the non working TV, a non working refrigerator that was too dirty inside. The shower in the bathroom was showering everywhere except on us. Had to use bucket and a mug as compliment. Not to mention the AC that worked only at 28degree. Complimentary water bottle and tea cups weren’t replaced until we asked for it. The food that we ordered came with soaked up pappads. Came to room only to freshen up for our Navagraha trip and were not interested in disputes. Writing this review as we got a reminder email now for a feedback and hence jotting down our experience. Pls visit the property and book. I went prepaid and was a terrible mistake.

Neat and Clean. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Food is good but choice is very limited. Ample parking space. Overall a good stay.

The hotel staff are very pleasing, helpful and friendly. The room is really big sized. Kettle etc are available for a quick tea. Bathroom is neat. AC is good. Bedsheets are clean. Sanitary fittings need to be replaced. Only fault I could find. Ample covered parking space is available.

pros.good location,ample covered car parking, tasty food,nice room. cons.hot water only in the morning, that too some times only warm water.room service need improvement.rooms need proper maintenance.

bed, kettle, tv, ac room, toilet amenties great...... only thing no hot water for bath... and check in was bit annoying they made us to wait 30 mins. in lobby.... as there was no person available to make entry
