Very good hotel to stay for family and nice staff behaviour with good breakfast

The room given to me was poor. They took around 3hrs to fix the non working TV, a non working refrigerator that was too dirty inside. The shower in the bathroom was showering everywhere except on us. Had to use bucket and a mug as compliment. Not to mention the AC that worked only at 28degree. Complimentary water bottle and tea cups weren’t replaced until we asked for it. The food that we ordered came with soaked up pappads. Came to room only to freshen up for our Navagraha trip and were not interested in disputes. Writing this review as we got a reminder email now for a feedback and hence jotting down our experience. Pls visit the property and book. I went prepaid and was a terrible mistake.

Neat and Clean. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Food is good but choice is very limited. Ample parking space. Overall a good stay.

The hotel staff are very pleasing, helpful and friendly. The room is really big sized. Kettle etc are available for a quick tea. Bathroom is neat. AC is good. Bedsheets are clean. Sanitary fittings need to be replaced. Only fault I could find. Ample covered parking space is available.

pros.good location,ample covered car parking, tasty food,nice room. cons.hot water only in the morning, that too some times only warm water.room service need improvement.rooms need proper maintenance.

bed, kettle, tv, ac room, toilet amenties great...... only thing no hot water for bath... and check in was bit annoying they made us to wait 30 mins. in lobby.... as there was no person available to make entry

*First Impressions* - The reception staff offered a higher price however, they were open to the booking if I booked through the MMT app. I went ahead and booked through the MMT app. I wanted to see the room before I booked through the app which they obliged as well. The reception staff were prompt enough to call the housekeeping staff to help me with my luggage to the room. *Parking* - I had a big SUV and the parking was ample and safe within the premises. *Room Cleanliness* - Room had a Queen size bed, a small enclosure if you'd like to work on laptop, a kettle, TV, AC. The bathrooms were neat and hygenic. They also provide soaps and shampoos along with couple of towels. *In Room Dining and Restaurant* - The hotel had a restaurant in basement. As soon as I checked in they got me a coffee to the room. The food was tasty. I tried the Chapathi roast with kurma, raita and it came out well in terms of the taste. Thank you for wonderful service. A must visit for me the next time. Overall I had a very good experience. Hope you all like it too, please try it.

When we went in the lobby was very dark - no lights - if you call anyone in the reception no one picks up - aircon was blowing and control was difficult. We asked for an additional pillow and it took almost 30 minutes- the bathroom was not well designed. Difficult to go in and come out - the toilet seats were raised unnecessarily and hence you really have to hop on the toilet seat. Hope this is enough

Very clean rooms and cooperative staff... Very well received at reception and the food attached with the hotel restaurant was delicious and hygienic... Rooms with washroom were well maintained with good air-conditioning and water heating..

Stay at Le garden was decent and within reach to many attractions at Kumbhakonam. However the rooms can be maintained better and Shower was not working properly. It’s an old spacious property which can be used by pilgrims. Hotel staff were cooperative and friendly!

Very good stay and value for money for a family stay. Pros: parking, vegetarian restaurant, location on main road, large rooms. Cons: slightly old property.

Overall the experience was good. But they do not refill the complementary day by day. We inform the room to clean that, they are not done.
