An average hotel, near the temple. Room are very small. The bedding is uncomfortable, pillows super large that cause neck pain. We requested for an early checkin and even when they had room available they charged us 2000 for early checking. We had to check in at 6am and also checked out next day at 6am. They could have considered our request and accommodate. Food is very okay and room service needs improvement.

Great hotel. Great location But, you can’t stay in without connectivity. Their WiFi never works and your mobile data never works at all. For people who need to travel and work and need connectivity this is definitely not the place.

The hotel is at the best location in Kumbakonam town. The room is nice. The linens and the towels could be cleaner. The house cleaning staff keep single piece of soap, single piece of dental kit and a single water bottle in a twin sharing Executive Room . Those checking in thinking that they could manage with the toiletries provided by the hotel, will be disappointed as the staff behaviour is odd. The staff and the breakfast and dinner at the Resturant are superb.

Decent Breakfast & quick check-in. However the standard room was very small with no chair or rain to place bags. Bathroom towel hanger is broken and was hanging. No exhaust in bathroom which was smelly.

Close to many temples in Kumbakonam, with ample car parking space. Neat and well maintained rooms. Good vegetarian restaurant also available in the hotel. Value for money.

We stayed for 2 nights. Room is neat and clean. Stay is very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is delicious. Staff behavior is excellent. They are very helpful in every aspect. Overall a very good hotel. Highly recommended.

This is the ideal spot for temple visits. Center of the city, easy walk to the main entrance, and they have their own parking lot.

Very small rooms, decent cleanliness, firm comfortable beds, decent staff. Lots of mosquitoes in the lobby and restaurant

Overall excellent but restaurant owners need to increase staff. Our observation shows they are woefully under-staffed resulting in delayed customer service. The 2-day breakfast buffet was same, so the restaurant needs to consider change in menu.

Overall good stay, perfect location, service and food, Wifi connectivity could improve, part from this nothing much to say

The rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant food was also good. They can improve little bit on their service speed. Car parking and easy access to the hotel

I booked this property for my parents and aunt and uncle (all senior citizens) They found it excellent - check-in experience, service staff interactions, room and overall hotel hygiene, food (breakfast buffet spread), everything was wonderful.

Absolutely terrible location. If you are driving your own car - there are other hotels in Kumbakonam where you can go to in peace. This one is right in the middle of a messy market and really tough to drive to or out of. No covered parking. Your car can cook eggs in 10 mins. But breakfast was decent as was the thali lunch. I will not visit again for sure.

Professional, Friendly and Pleasant staff. Good upkeep, rooms are good. Good A-LaCarte menu as well as Breakfadt and Lunch Buffet. Definitely recommend. However one big flaw...Internet never worked, which is not acceptable. The internet technician couldn't fix it. Gave this feedback to Front Desk. Except for this, I would give the Hotel 4/5 but because of this 3/5.

Stayed for 2 days with my family and the stay was very pleasant and the complimentary buffet breakfast provided is one of the best. Room was very clean. Location is very good and close to many temples.

Clean room, comfortable stay, tasty food and good parking spaces.. close to main road. air ventilation with proper windows and sunlight.

Professional service with reasonable price. Best location as we have access to almost all temples within 1 km radius.
