Bath room not cleaned, TV not working, AC room very worst, Hot water not coming, Not providing packaged drinking water, Soap, Towel...... etc

worst experience with very bad receptionist service , ugly rooms and bathroom with black coloured water , poor air conditioning don't book this hotel for even 1 night

good hotel, good room but some of the staff not properly available... wi-fi not available... good position in the city center

Poor maintenance.Worst Toilet . there are so many differences in shown and actual pictures for room and toilet.

The property is located within walking distance from the bus stand. We have to buy food from outside. Overall the stay was excellent.

Not up to the mark, they never given toiletries as well... Over all its not bad! Near to the hotel there is no food , we need to walk atleast 1.5kms ...

Room was okay for bachelors. Can't book this room for a family visit to kumbakonam. The rooms were not that clean. While entering the room there was some bad smell. No room freshener was there. The bathroom was the worst. I cleaned it to use it. Proper response was not there from management.

Less clean rooms. Heater not working. Saw a cigarette bit in bathroom, old ac/tvs, staff requesting for bribe.

The room was not clean and it is very suffocating. Tv not working, ac is switched off when we are at the room.

We stayed there for a night. Staffs were very cooperative and supportive. Worth for the rent paid. Just 10 mins walk from bus stand

Front office is not cooperative, room is not clean and support room staff is demanding extra cost, not happy with stay.

I checked in the suit room, it very worst and very bad smell. I complaint in the reception they are not response properly. So i vacate the hotel within 15 minutes. No car parking no lift.

No proper room service. No one asks after check in. Not recommended. No restaurant nearby. Tea Coffee Snacks available 100m

The room was very nice and clean but no proper venitation without a/c we couldn't have sound sleep.

Rooms were not clean, staff response are very bad, no proper response from staffs. only positive is the hotel is near to many temples.

Near to kumbakonam Bus stand & Railway station. Easily accessible to all the places.overall calue for money

Well the room was neat, the bed was clean and comfortable; well lit room and bathroom. The bathroom was clean. The only problem that got on my nerves is the room boy who tries to scam you by offering some basic services and asks for a hefty amount as a tip. Don't fall for it, things that you might need are available at nearby shops and restaurants are also nearby so go get your things on your own. Don't fall for these guys. Other than that i had no problem, definitely a worthy stay.

The room was ok to stay. It is very near to bus stand and railway station. Ok for the solo traveller.
