The person who received us with greetings but later when I said I booked this room via MakeMyTrip then his actions changed and I could read it from his face. He is not customer friendly to deal with. . Additionally the room provided does not have good air conditioner for 3people. Hence requested for alternate room, but he finally provided after little argument. Also TV not working but that was not my priority. So I am ok with it. So i highly not recommend this hotel for stay who looks for good ambience.

The room was not even clean and service was poor. Toilet was not cleaned before we checked in. It was not worth for the price. Not re-commented for family.

The bed cloth has a mark which i could understand the bedding cloth has not been washed. Being at the late evening at 0930 we were forced to take the room bedding. Rest is ok. Mmt shall visit the hotels and post into their portal to avoid such embarrassing to the guest.

Receptionist too rude with the customers i don't feel like we paid to stay, he's behaving like we are staying on free of cost and sounded so arrogant, even raised a issue that regarding smell on bathroom his response very slow and inappropriate that level of behaviour i don't recommend for family nor couple

There is no breakfast provided still room is clean and neat i have stayed with my family with kids feel ok.

Good to stay for short trips. It is on hub, so easy access to all facilities. Suggest for a good stay with nice ambience. Proper guidance by reception staff. We have all the restaurants, bus stand and fun activities near to this hotel. Strongly suggest for genuine people for short stay with large expectations.

Room service is good to go. Delux room ac is not worth to pay and it's hot so.

Make my trip booking confirmation but he told room is not available after that my side speak with hotel worker and owner then he will given room

If we have to extended the time for 1 hour as per 2 room they are taking 1000 rupees for each room 500 rupees . AC is also some what. Bed is also like a rock it like not even a little bit soft. Bathroom is also not clean. They are giving 1 water bottle for each room if we want another one we have to pay 20 rupees for one bottle 😤😤😤🤨🤨😰😰😰🤯🤯🤮🤮😵😵👿👿

Yeah room has comfortable but air conditioner not working properly it seems very hour experience i have faced but more i have expected ok not bad

I have stayed in big star hotels and resort. For the first time i have experienced the good wifi in the hotel. when there is a issue immediately retified. hence recommending more than budget friendly hotel

No proper amenities. Ac was not working, no power backup, toilet flush was broken. Bad experience.
