bathroom too small identification of property tough

Initially they gave a very tiny room which was not I booked from website. And they asked additional charge for the correct room .No space to breathe and no window. Can’t be with kids in that room. After I complaint to makemy trip customer care they talked to the hotel owner and gave the correct room which we booked from website.

Location of this property is very near to temples. Food is not available at property, but we can get from outside. Staff are very polite.

Rooms are not as clean and they do not provide any proper bedspreads..Bathroom not maintained properly.. For the charges it's not worth able.. The street is so narrow and there is more traffic if we need to go to another place..

very worst. double bedroom is not even suitable for a single stay. No room service. plug points were not working. reaching was difficult. a slightly bigger person can not even move in bath room. tv channels do not have cricket live. For everything Manager wanted us to talk to owner. No brush and paste. For two persons single pillow.

The stay was excellent all the basic amenities they mentioned were there and the staff was so friendly even in the late hours they helped us with a smooth check in. Overall excellent stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect. All the temples are within walking distance. The hotel was easy to find, the room and the toilets were well maintained. The staff were helpful.

The summary of our experience was bitter but let me put it in detail pros and cons: pros - proximity to the temples and the response from property owner. Cons - first and foremost the receptionist named kavitha was completely rude from the very first sentence of the conversation, we have booked the room with complete details in mm t but she acted like they never take booking from mmt. When we entered the first question was why are you having so much people where we booked for 12 members and there was only 12 members. She was not even ready to look at mm t booking details. The 2 bedroom standard rooms were tiny little two people cannot even stand and turn. And i was shown to book for three person with extra bed. She completely denied that and told its mistake from my side and mm t. I had to talk to mm t where they couldn’t do much only gave apology and compensation 900 rupees. There was no proper sanitary or other amenities provided as per listing. She gave me two single bedded room and one blanket telling they will give only one blanket per room. The person who had sense can tell when you have two cots how can one manage with one blanket. Then they showed makeshift room which we denied to take and she was stubborn that she can allocate only that for us. Definitely she was favoring for someone known who might come that evening and we were tortured. I had to escalate and talk to the owner of the property who then arranged one room in his another property and i had to pay 1000 rupees extra. My suggestion is if you are one or two person and staying for single night go for this with ready to adjust to the receptionist tantrums.

We had a very bad experience in the stay at this hotel. Rooms were not cleaned properly. There is no geyser in the room. From common solar water heater, every room is connected. Hotel boy is telling, you have to open and waste every time 2 to 3 buckets of water to get hot water. Hotel is not maintained well.

Rooms are good and comfortable for the family of 5. For one day stay it is good and it's near to the temple and few good restaurant.

We have booked room for 5members but they given only 3bed. They had asked so many unwanted questions regarding payment and too bathroom n toilet is not clean. In morning there is no water and no current for about 1hour it delayed our programme. The service is ultimately worst we are very disappointed

The hotel location is perfect for all temple visits and is in the center of the town. I stayed in a standard double room, where the room size is small and toilet does not have space for even one person to stand

The hotel is located very close to kumbeshwarar temple and gowrikrishna resturant is close by provides quality food this place is in city center walkable distance the hotel should focus more on cleaning aspect of rooms maintainance needed

I had pure booked a deluxe room for 4 via make my trip. Since i was had elderly people along i had pure booked. The check in time was 12 pm and checkout is tomorrow morning. We reached at today 2 pm. Now the staff is saying, they have given the room to someone who walked in and they'll checkout after 4 pm. If i have pre-booked the room, how can they give it to someone who has walked in. The staff behaviour is pretty rude. While traveling as family, i will not recommend this residency. One of the worst experience.

Very good and comfortable, but rooms were comparatively small when compared to other hotels. Hotel is located a narrow street, but parking was available.

I want to share honest feedback about makemytrip & mp residence. Both are jointly cheating the customer, i have made my booking with advance payment whereas property owner insisted me to make separate payment towards gst and second my booking made 2 rooms but they have provided the single family room to accommodate people of 5. Room & rest room are not clean, it seems to be staff staying area its totally waste of money. Escalated the same to customer care executive while facing the check in process they have not taken any corrective action. Handle is missing in the rest room and door not able close totally its very worst experience and i'm decided to proceed legally towards my recent stay @ mp residency.
