Good hotel to stay in Kumbakonam food v good service is good. staff friendly. The location is good. this hotel is ideally poised for the Navaghar temple visit.

Location is good as bus stand is nearby only. Also, they have in house restaurant which is always crowded which indicates the quality of food. Staff was very helpful to plan for travel as well.

Hotel located in good location. Very spacious rooms and fantastic tasty breakfast. Ample parking is available. Only problem is mosquitoes.

We booked this property as it is in the main city accessible to all temples and offers good food. Facilities offered are not up to mark. Rooms were stinking, corridors were not clean. Telephone in the room does not have details to dial in reception, facilities, housekeeping and restaurant. Overall not a good experience and would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed there for three nights with family. Hotel is neat and clean. It has all standard facilities one would expect. Although it has a veg restaurant it get full during peak hours and expect below average service

This hotel was good when it opened new but now the quality and cleanliness of general areas in the hotel are average. The room was not large but fit our needs. Overall average quality stay but enough for an overnight halt.

Good property. Poor maintenance has made it look bad. Towels had hell a lot of visible stains, yet they offered them.

Location, amenities wise good. But maintenance is not upto the standards. There is no proper house keeping. Afternoon lunch is just below average.

Stayed 3 nights. Very good location. Room is very decent and spacious. Toilets are hygienic and clean. Very good food at balaji bhavan in the same building. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Coffee is available only at 7 am.

We stayed for a short pilgrimage on 22, 23rd of april 2024. The location is very popular and prime. Amenities are plenty include a vantage parking area for vehicles. Very good room service. Excellent vegetarian food.

Very bad organised, i booked on 15th 12:00 to 16th 12:00. When i went on 16th morning 5:45 am. The reception guy said “single room not available all rooms full” i got shocked i asked him to arrange room because i booked i dodnt have other option, after 1 hour he said only the damaged room available you have to stay there. Otherwise no rooms available. I don’t have time that day to discuss that room issue. Because i have to go for the meeting. So adjusted and stay there and left at 10:00 again there was problem for giving invoice. Receptionist says invoice not able to provide. After i show the booking conformation pd f it mentioned collect tax invoice from the property. Then they ready to give invoice. Worst ever experience

Reception desk and housekeeping staff services not good. Had to change room as room was not clean, toilet was not clean. Water not running in taps during check in. Our driver did not get proper rest room facility

Not worth for money it’s very expensive and congested i asked staff to allocate bigger room but he denied overall not happy

super hotel in the main area food quality and price also gòod all other amenities like room cleanliness air conditioner and toilet area are good

Staff was helpful and good. The restaurant food (south indian) was good too, specially the complimentary breakfast. Nice location if you want to visit the temples within the town.

Cleanliness needs improvement service other wise is good break fast can be in buffet instead of a set menu
