Lilac Kumbakonam

Located in a prime location and amenities are good. The service is excellent. The food tastes okay, but dinner is a buffet; the spread is average and not affordable. They have to relook for the family trip members.

The rates are very expensive while they don't maintain the rooms clean, the mattress is worn out, there is no lights at the entrance of the room. There is only one bin inside the wc area and no additional bins provided in the room. Tissue boxes are not made available , while half used tissue rolls are in place in wc. Towels and hand towels are not kept in sufficient Nrs and one has to use the same or ask for towels. I room dining costs are very expensive. The restaurant food is good though and needs to be complemented. They don't provide more than 1 access cards even if there are 2 or more persons in a room. Overall the rates are simply exorbitant and beyond the luxuries offered by other hotels in the same category and in other major metropolitan city.

Excellent hotel. Clean room and clean bathrooms

The hotel was good, the room was a little small but well maintained. The food was very nice. Since we have been in holiday season, the restaurant felt a little crowded but it was well managed. The buffet was not a huge range of items, but what was served was of good quality.

The property was nice and clean. The connecting rooms were really helpful for us as a family. Special mention to Vijay at the Kesar Restaurant for taking such good care of us. Food pricing was reasonable. Overall good 👍

Good room and buffet. It’s new property . Basic room amenities are missing and will get only on request but overall stay was pleasant. Parking is available . Buffet has good options and it was tasty also

the stay was very smooth. staff and facility itself is top notch . we stayed there for our visits to velankanni, pondicherry, thanjoor and other cauvery based temple towns. hotel is nicely at the right point food was good. it's a veg only place but they are good at that. rooms were modern . toilets were clean. access to room and hotel is also nice.

Not worth for money we paid for the same tariff we stayed in five star hotel in Coimbatore Merlis for 2 nights

The hotel was nice The staff was excellent My only complaint is bathroom could been cleaner It needs a deep clean Stains in the toilet and corners have grime buildup

Property food facilities are excellent

Excellent Hotel . We were a family of 3 adults and 1 kid. They had arranged a suite room with two king size bed. In house dining is extremely good and very quick. Rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. Excellent place to stay with family
