LE ROYALE PALACE

Mr Sivakumar at the reception warmly welcomed us to the Hotel. Since we were going to be arriving late, we called in advance to inform them that we'd be a couple hours late, staff were very nice and pleasant on the phone and asked if we required anything. Staff, also immediately set up an extra bed in each of our rooms upon our request. Very nice to see the demeanor and kindness of all the staff. The room was also very very neat and was to a great standard with lots of amenities in the bathroom, however, there is no toilet paper or handwash in the bathroom, which is the only downside of the room.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at Le Royal Palace, Karaikal. The property is located in a peaceful location. It has a majestic and royal ambience. The Customer care support provided is of the highest quality. All the support staff and Management is fully dedicated to meet all our requirements. It has a very high quality Multi Cuisine Restaurant serving all types of delicious food. Most of the Pilgrim Centres are easily accessible from here. All in all, the property is highly recommendable.

Parking : Ample amount of parking. Guards : pleasing and greeted to help with luggage. Front desk : well prepared for check-in and was smooth. Rooms : Neat and tidy and had a pleasant stay. Room service : was available 24x7 and really quick in helping out. Food : complimentary breakfast had a lot of varieties and was delicious too. Restaurant : a bit costly on certain items but worth it for the taste. Overall it was awesome to stay in and highly recommended for others.

The LE ROYALE PALACE environment is awesome and fantastic room too mainly Good food and quantity is awesome quality is nice no problem to give to child too but it's costly but lack in keeping handwash in room and not replaced the kits after cleaning the room

A Truly 5 Star-Rated Hotel that anyone would want to stay in... Delicious good food when you want it as they serve until 11 PM in the Night.. I see this as a plus for travellers Ambience, Parking - ALL EXCELLENT. They as well arranged for temple visits.

Comfortable and luxury stay in karaikal and the rooms are neat and clean beds are comfortable staff is friendly and polite and the check in and check out is hassle free

It is a well designed property, food was amazing, the comfort was really good. must recommend anyone who is visiting karaikal. service was a bit lacking but overall was an amazing experience

Brand New Hotel, good rooms, good staff and good food. I liked the place and would highly recommend it to those who are keen on clean ambience and spacious hall ways, stairs, well ventilated ambience

The location and ambience of the whole place attract and have my huge attention and turn to top memorable place.

The stay was nice...for the value of the money we paid they didn't provide complementary breakfast and some of the toiletries were not there such as conditioner and moisturizer...
